Aesthetic education has irreplaceable particularity in the whole educational process.It can cultivate people's temperament,cultivate people's aesthetic ability and form a sound personality.The purpose of education is to cultivate people with all-round development,and the all-round development of people needs to be realized with the help of the power of aesthetic education.Schools are the main fronts for carrying out aesthetic education work.It is of great significance to deeply understand the implementation status of aesthetic education in primary schools,analyze the problems in the implementation of aesthetic education in primary schools,and find countermeasures to optimize the implementation of aesthetic education.This research is based on the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings and the theory of multiple intelligences,and uses the method of literature,questionnaires and interviews to study the implementation of aesthetic education in primary school A in Huainan City,Anhui Province.First,present the current situation of aesthetic education implementation from five aspects: aesthetic education concept,the faculty,curriculum teaching,aesthetic education activities,and campus environment construction;Secondly,based on the investigation,summarize the problems in the implementation of aesthetic education,and analyze the reasons for the existence of the problems;Finally,put forward countermeasures to optimize the implementation of aesthetic education in primary schools.To the current situation of the implementation of aesthetic education in primary School A,from a conceptual point of view,school leaders and aesthetic education teachers can clarify the concept of aesthetic education and attach more importance to it than non-aesthetic education teachers,and most students also agree with aesthetic education;It can meet the needs,and the aesthetic quality of teachers is generally high,but the aesthetic education training is seriously insufficient;In course teaching,most teachers can establish correct teaching concepts and use a variety of teaching methods to teach well,but the aesthetic education curriculum is unreasonable,insufficient class hours,teaching facilities and equipment basically meet the needs;In aesthetic education activities,students actively participate in rich aesthetic education activities and gain change and growth at the same time,but the activities are formalized;In the construction of campus environment,the campus has beautiful scenery,halls and classrooms are full of art ambience.Further analysis found that the outstanding problems in the implementation of aesthetic education in this school are concentrated in four aspects: one-sided understanding of aesthetic education,weak quantity and quality of teachers,quality of aesthetic education curriculum and teaching,and outdated teaching facilities.The existence of these problems is mainly due to the score-oriented evaluation mechanism,insufficient attention by managers,and insufficient funding guarantees.To this end,this thesis puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the implementation of aesthetic education in primary schools: Strengthen the attention of school leaders and teachers to aesthetic education;Pay attention to the individual cultivation of students;Improve the establishment of teachers;Increase capital investment;Constructing the construction of campus spiritual culture;Establish a sound aesthetic education management system.
