Our country's aesthetic education has experienced various twists and turns since Mr.Cai Yuanpei formally wrote aesthetic education into the national education policy as a part of the five educations.The importance of "aesthetic taste" was once again emphasized in the 2016 release of "Core Accomplishments for Chinese Students" by the Ministry of Education.Aesthetic education has always been the focus of academic research in China.Some scholars analyze the status quo and problems of aesthetic education in China from the existing practices of aesthetic education,while others analyze the value orientation of aesthetic education with some relevant theories.However,there are few researches on the implementation of aesthetic education in schooling and their specific methods.Among all kinds of courses,activity course is in line with aesthetic education in value orientation with its unique comprehensive,autonomous and practical characteristics.This study takes the "Aesthetic education" activity curriculum developed by Z primary school as the object,summarizes the characteristics of the activity curriculum in primary school under the concept of "Aesthetic education",reflects on the current situation of curriculum implementation,finds out theproblems occurred in the process of curriculum implementation,and puts forward strategies to promote curriculum implementation.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,and the reason for choosing the topic.First,aesthetic education is an important way to develop the core quality of students;Second,the activity curriculum is the main path of "Aesthetic education";Third,the implementation of the course of "Aesthetic education" is the need of improving the construction of campus culture.Secondly,research methods.This paper mainly uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis.Firstly,it summarizes the relevant literature in the past decade,mainly from the two aspects of aesthetic education literature and activity curriculum literature.Then take Z primary school as a case study.The second part mainly defines the basic characteristics of the activity curriculum of "Aesthetic education" in primary school,and finds that the goal of activity curriculum shows the guidance of "Aesthetic education";The course content highlights the systematization of "Aesthetic education";The method of curriculum implementation embodies the emotion of "Aesthetic education";The curriculum evaluation contains the comprehensiveness of "Aesthetic education".The third part takes the case as the material,analyzes the status quo and problems of curriculum implementation.It is found that the implementation of activity curriculum in case primary school mainly includes: The attention to the students' aesthetic quality is not enough in terms of course objectives;Lack of attention to students' aesthetic judgment in curriculum content selection;The curriculum implementation method pays insufficient attention to the students' aesthetic intention;The evaluation system does not focus on the growth of students' aesthetic ability.Hence,it has been found that the causes of these problems can be divided into internal factors and external factors.The fourth part combines the situation of Z primary school and puts forward the following suggestions for curriculum improvement.First,improve the curriculum system of aesthetic education,including the correction of curriculum objectives;Carrying out aesthetic teaching;Establish a special curriculum control and evaluation system.Second,organize systematic professional training.Third,build a platform for aesthetic education resources in an all-round way.
