The rapid development of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and 5G,as well as the changes in the social pattern caused by the new crown epidemic,have accelerated the reform and innovation of the concept,form,content and talent training methods of college education.In April 2021,the "2021 Horizon Report(Teaching Edition)" released by the American Higher Education Informatization Association(EDUCAUSE)pointed out: "It is necessary to increase the use of intelligent technology and develop learner-centered flexible and personalized online learning.A new form of online and offline integrated teaching will promote the reform and innovation of education and teaching models in the post-epidemic era." At present,the field of education and teaching is in a critical period of transformation and development,which makes the exploration and research of flexible teaching that integrates "Internet +" and "Intelligence +" technologies very important.Through literature review and research,it is found that the current flexible teaching in colleges and universities has problems such as lack of interaction and integration of teaching strategies and technologies,discontinuous online and offline teaching schedules,and low self-discipline and learning participation of learners.Therefore,this research integrates the more mature BOPPPS model with flexible teaching,and constructs a flexible teaching model for colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era based on BOPPPS.Promote the process of flexible,personalized and intelligent teaching activities.This research first adopts the literature research method,through the reading and sorting of relevant literature,to define the BOPPPS model,post-epidemic era,flexible teaching and other concepts,and focuses on analyzing the research status of flexible teaching at home and abroad,and clarifying the characteristics of flexible teaching and BOPPPS model.The meeting point is to pave the way for researchers to conduct more in-depth research.Secondly,use the questionnaire survey method to investigate the teaching status of colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,clarify the current problems in college teaching and the learning needs of learners,and then use the primary teaching theory,activity theory,and Kuhn's "Octagonal Frame" teaching model.Based on the BOPPPS model and the advantages and characteristics of flexible teaching,a flexible teaching model for colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era based on BOPPPS is constructed.The teaching model adheres to the principle of "people-oriented,goal-oriented,data empowerment,co-construction and sharing".The operation process of flexible teaching activities in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era based on BOPPPS is supplemented by an intelligent and diversified flexible teaching evaluation system for colleges and universities to feedback and revise the entire teaching process.Finally,the flexible teaching model of colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era based on BOPPPS is applied to the teaching practice of the "Modern Educational Technology" course of 2018 mathematics and applied mathematics major of Liaoning Normal University.Satisfaction and other aspects are used to verify the teaching effect of the flexible teaching model of colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era based on BOPPPS.Through practical application,it is found that learners' academic performance,autonomous learning ability and innovative thinking ability have been significantly improved,and learners' satisfaction,recognition and adaptability to the flexible teaching model are relatively high.The flexible teaching model of colleges and universities based on BOPPPS constructed in this study meets the needs of education and teaching reform and the training of comprehensive innovative talents in the uncertain and unstable post-epidemic era,and realizes the integration and mutual learning of higher online education and traditional higher education.It has reshaped the teaching and learning ability of teachers and students,and has certain practical guiding significance for promoting the continuous deepening of the new ecology of "Internet + higher education".
