By analyzing the actual characteristics of the current situation of physical education teaching in high school,this study explores the feasibility of the application of PBL+TBL teaching mode in high school volleyball teaching in accordance with reform and innovation,and facing the future development status.The PBL+TBL teaching mode is applied to the high school volleyball classroom,and the teaching experiment is used to verify the influence of the teaching mode on students' physical fitness,learning interest and basic volleyball skills.In this paper,the methods of literature data,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics are used.In this way,we explore the teaching influence and effect of PBL+TBL teaching mode in high school volleyball class,and provide some theoretical reference for high school volleyball teaching practice.The following results are obtained through experiments:(1)After the 10-week teaching experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the comparative analysis of the volleyball basic technical standards and technical evaluation scores(P>0.05).PBL + TBL teaching mode and conventional teaching mode have a certain effect on the improvement of students' volleyball basic technology learning.(2)After 10 weeks of teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in standing long jump and medicine ball in the physical fitness test between the experimental class and the control class(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in 1000 m or 800 m running(P<0.05).PBL + TBL teaching mode and conventional teaching mode have certain effects on the improvement of students' standing long jump,solid ball and 1000 m or 800 m running performance.PBL + TBL teaching mode has more significant improvement on students' 1000 m or 800 m running performance than conventional teaching mode.(3)After the 10-week teaching experiment,there were very significant differences in the six dimensions of students' interest in learning between the experimental class and the control class(P<0.01).PBL + TBL teaching mode and conventional teaching mode have an effect on the improvement of students' six dimensions of learning interest.PBL + TBL teaching mode has a more obvious improvement of learning interest than conventional teaching mode.
