As one of the functional training methods,unsteady resistance training has gradually been widely used from the field of rehabilitation medicine to multiple sports special fields.It uses a variety of unstable equipment to build an unstable support surface,combined with resistance training to mobilize The deep core muscles can promote the body.s core strength and postural stability.It is agreed at home and abroad that unsteady training promotes the role of core muscles in linking and transmitting power in the movement,strengthens the transmission of upper and lower limbs,and makes the power transmission more efficient when completing movements.In the Beijing high school entrance examination sports,the in-situ solid ball(2 kg)is an important indicator to assess the physical fitness of students and improve students’ solid ball performance,which has attracted widespread attention from school parents and teachers.This article applies unsteady resistance training to junior high school physical education classes to explore the impact of unsteady resistance training on improving the performance of junior high school students.This article reads a large amount of literature before the experiment,fully understands the principle of unsteady resistance training,understands the characteristics of the solid ball project and the characteristics of the physical development of junior high school students,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent experiments.This article passes 7 track and field experts Conduct face-to-face interviews,conduct in-depth discussions on the design of the unstable resistance training program and the selection of relevant test indicators,and finally determine the relevant test indicators.Through experimenting with 32 students in the second grade of the second grade of Beijing Aerospace Middle School as the subjects,the experimental intervention is carried out in the basic part of the curriculum.The experimental group follows the unstable resistance exercise,and the control group follows the traditional exercise method strictly.After 8 weeks of practice,the experimental group and the control group were tested on relevant indicators,and the experimental results were statistically analyzed.The aim was to explore the difference between the effect of unstable resistance exercises and traditional exercises on students’ solid ball training,so as to obtain relevant conclusions.:1.1.8 weeks of unsteady resistance training can improve the performance of the solid ball in situ throwing of junior high school students.Among the test indexes,the specific indexes of back throwing solid ball and sit-ups improved most significantly.The students in the experimental group were better than the students in the control group in terms of waist and abdomen explosive force,upper and lower limb muscle linkage and overall muscle coordination.2.Through 8 weeks of traditional training,junior high school students can improve their performance in in-situ solid ball throwing.The standing long jump items in the test indicators improved most significantly before and after the experiment.The students in the control group developed the strength of the large muscle groups of the limbs one by one,so that the development of the whole body muscle strength was not coordinated.The development of the lower limbs was significantly better than that of the upper limbs and abdomen,and the force transmission rate was lower than that of the experimental group.3.Comparison of the effects of unsteady resistance training and traditional training that the two methods are effective in improving the performance of the solid ball,but the unsteady resistance training can better improve the performance of the solid ball in situ than the traditional training.Unsteady resistance training combined with the solid ball project to develop related training programs can increase the interest of the classroom,and the students are more motivated to train,which is suitable for junior high school classrooms.
