The national,local and school three-level curriculum management system has been established,endows the school with the right to independently develop curriculum,and the school's design of new school-based art curriculum must rely on local art curriculum resources.The development of grand Canal cultural resources in Huaibei region responded to the call of national curriculum reform and realized the combination of fine arts curriculum and local regional culture.The Sui and Tang Grand Canal Museum of Huaibei city belongs to the national first-class museum,among which han culture and canal culture are the two major features of the Museum.The ceramic resources and stone resources in the museum can be used for the development of local art school-based courses.The ceramic resources are the epitome of the most distinctive Grand Canal culture.Therefore,the research of this paper mainly focuses on the ceramic resources in the Grand Canal Museum of Sui and Tang Dynasties in Huaibei city.First of all,the most characteristic ceramic resources and stone resources in the Sui and Tang Grand Canal Museum in Huaibei city are described.Secondly,the feasibility of the Grand Canal cultural resources intervening in the school-based curriculum of primary school fine arts is illustrated.Then,the innovative strategies for the development of the grand Canal cultural and fine arts school-based curriculum are listed.Realize the grand Canal cultural resources and huaibei area primary school art school-based curriculum combination.The research of this paper is mainly carried out from the following five aspects:Chapter one discusses the current situation of the grand Canal cultural resources in the school-based curriculum development of primary school fine arts at home and abroad,integrates the relevant theoretical research results,and provides the direction for the writing of the paper.The second chapter first explains the two concepts of grand Canal cultural resources and art school-based curriculum,and then analyzes the most representative grand Canal ceramic resources and Han stone resources in the Grand Canal Museum of Sui and Tang Dynasties in Huaibei city.The third chapter elaborates the feasibility of this study and lists the theoretical basis,possibility,value mining and realistic value of the grand Canal cultural resources' involvement in art teaching in primary schools.The fourth chapter explains the theoretical construction of school-based curriculum development from the subject,principle and field of curriculum development.
