The intangible cultural heritage is the national spirit civilization which has a long history goes back to ancient times,is the essence part of Chinese excellent traditional culture,is the potential values of the conception of innovation ability and the power of cultural gene,has a very high historical value and cultural value and education value.Through explorating and studying intangible cultural heritage,such as to cultivate students’ cultural identity and national pride.But,non-material cultural heritage education in China has not formed mature non-material cultural heritage education system,there is still staying on the surface of the teaching of mechanical stage.Primary school art association is also known as the "second class" of primary school art.It is an extension and supplement of art classroom teaching,with higher freedom and plasticity.It is one of the main activity forms of students’ spare time and extracurricular life in the stage of compulsory education.My elementary school non-material cultural heritage arts community as the main research object,use literature research、questionnaire investigation and case analysis,explore the non-material cultural heritage education in elementary school the best breakthrough point,taking jinan lixia district as an example,through the school、teachers and students of three levels investigation and case analysis,sums up the influence primary school the main factors of intangible cultural heritage arts community development,development to explore the operation mode,in order to make reasonable path to the future.In this paper,the first chapter through the theoretical research,verified the non-material cultural heritage education and fit the elementary school fine arts community and the rationality of the combined with each other.In the second chapter,primary school reveals the present stage reality problems of non-material cultural heritage art community,such as weak teachers failed to properly handle the relationship between inheritance and innovation,etc.Mature elementary school in the third chapter through to the good of non-material cultural heritage art community case studies,draw the beneficial experience.The fourth chapter summarize the influencing factors of the development of the intangible cultural heritage art community in primary schools,including external factors and internal factors,and made the development of the community model,including the TT system to guide the teacher team,diversified forms of community activities.
