| The prevention and control of campus bullying can not only reflect the construction of discipline and the overall governance level of the school,but also closely related to the basic safety,human dignity and healthy growth of school students.While the campus bullying incident has been widely concerned by the society,five special social policy documents have been issued since 2016,requiring the Ministry of education to take multiple measures together with relevant departments to resolutely curb campus bullying,so as to make the school the most sunny and safe place.However,the substantive achievement of any policy goal requires possible and feasible action process,so as to promote the change of situation and the implementation of policies.Therefore,based on the implementation of this social policy in the front line of the campus,the contextual interpretation of the local practice of campus bullying prevention policy has theoretical value and practical significance.Taking LG middle school as a case,based on the overview of the evolution,main focus and implementation of campus bullying prevention and control policy,this paper further examines the success and problems of the implementation of campus bullying prevention and control policy based on the overview of campus bullying and the implementation of campus bullying prevention and control policy.Specifically,implementing campus bullying prevention and control policies require policy re-establishment,prevention of campus bullying,governing campus bullying three aspects of work.The process of learning and re formulating the policy by the policy implementation subject promotes the positive cultivation of its policy value cognition.The action of preventing and controlling campus bullying in the policy implementation plays a positive role in achieving the policy objectives.While the policy implementation has achieved the above results,there are also some problems:the lack of punishment mechanism for campus bullying and the lack of interaction between policy stakeholders restrict the final achievement of policy objectives.Based on LG middle school bullying prevention policy implementation of context interpretation,we found: bullying preven tion policy implementation process,is also school management,teachers,social workers,school security personnel of the social policy cognitive learning and development process,the policy of bullying eventually,need to prevent,governance and service t hree aspects of coordinated action,social workers and social work services can play a positive role in it.In addition,the effect of policy implementation is not only connected with the completeness of the policy text and the policy cognition status of the implementation subject,but also affected by the multiple influences of policy attributes,the quantifiable nature of policy objectives and the interaction between policy subjects. |
