Olweus,a scholar in Norwayr,first proposed the concept of "bullying" in 1978.Weiss and Roland defined it as "one or more people repeatedly encounter negative behaviors from another or several people".This definition is also the beginning of bullying academic definition and has been recognized by many national researchers.The United Nations Educational,scientific and Cultural Organization defines bullying as bullying,which is a repetitive behavior that causes discomfort or intentional injury to others through physical contact,verbal aggression and psychological manipulation.Bullying refers to the place in the campus(including primary and secondary schools and occupational secondary schools)and between the Party(individual or group)single or multiple malicious through body language and network,the implementation of the means of bullying and humiliating the innocent,caused by the other party(individual or group)feel painful attacks.The two core elements of bullying on campus are the deliberate attacks by bullies and the innocence of the bully.The author uses literature research method and comparative study method to study the harm,cause and prevention theory of campus bullying in China and foreign countries,and carries out a thorough case study on the public and private schools in eastern and central China by means of observation and interview.The consequences of bullying in primary and secondary schools are serious,which can cause harm to the bully and the bully.Those who are bullied are prone to form negative personality traits.They are depressed,depressed or even suicidal.The bullies are prone to form unhealthy psychology,forming antisocial tendencies and having difficulty in interpersonal communication after adulthood.The formation of campus bullying includes special social transformation,insufficient school education,distorted family environment and other factors,including the lack of public interaction and the loss of socialization.Prevention of bullying starting from the causes of bullying,bullying in the attention of different students,to strengthen the legal regulation and improvement of the family and school education for nursing students,the whole society to expand public exchanges,the appreciation of the type of thought mode to enhance the students' positive socialization level.The author suggests that a more scientific and effective campus bullying prevention and control be implemented through the formulation of the anti campus bullying law,the establishment of family school cooperation mechanism,and the long-term mechanism of comprehensive social governance.
