With the promulgation of physical education and health curriculum standards,the professional development of teachers and the deepening of the new curriculum reform process,the state,society and schools have put forward higher requirements and expectations for teachers and students.How to improve the teaching ability of physical education teachers centered on "core quality" has become a focus issue that countries pay more and more attention to.The middle school stage is the key stage of basic education,Physical education teachers shoulder important educational responsibilities and pressures.The educational concept and teaching ability of physical education teachers determine the quality of physical education teaching courses and the formation of students' Sports Core literacy.Under the trend of actively carrying out the research on nuclear sports core literacy in many countries,taking students' Sports Core literacy as the starting point and foothold,this paper studies the improvement path of teaching ability of junior middle school physical education teachers in Guiyang,which has relatively unique significance.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the teaching ability of junior middle school physical education teachers in Guiyang from the perspective of students' Sports Core literacy as the research object,and 1165 students and 152 physical education teachers from 20 sample schools in Guiyang as the survey object.It is committed to understanding the current situation,This paper probes into the influencing factors restricting the teaching ability of junior middle school physical education teachers in Guiyang,and puts forward corresponding strategies to contribute to the orderly development of junior middle school physical education in Guiyang.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The basic situation of junior middle school physical education teachers in Guiyang is as follows:(1)the number of female teachers is relatively small.(2)The age is mainly distributed between 20 and 40 years old.(3)The teaching age is mainly experienced teachers with 5 ?20 years.(4)There are many people with bachelor's degree,and there is a lack of master's degree or above.(5)There are many teachers with grade II and grade I titles,and there are very few teachers with deputy senior and above titles.(6)95.39% of teachers have participated in the training,of which 84.21% believe that the training content is related to sports.The training is mainly organized by schools,supplemented by the organization of education departments,and finally individuals take the initiative to participate in the training.(7)The total percentage of teachers' understanding of the specific content of sports core literacy is mainly concentrated in two levels: general and comparative understanding,which shows that teachers' understanding of the specific content of students' Sports Core literacy is not thorough enough.(8)The evaluation of their five teaching abilities mainly focuses on the two levels of good and general,which reflects the dissatisfaction of teachers with their teaching abilities under the core literacy.(9)Among the five teaching abilities,in addition to the better development of teaching reflection ability,other teaching abilities are relatively weak,with different degrees of improvement needs.(2)The basic situation of students in Guiyang is as follows:(1)93.39% of students like physical education.(2)Male and female physical education teachers are liked by all students.At the same time,56.61% of the students like male and female physical education teachers,24.38% of the students only like male physical education teachers and 19.01% of the students only like female physical education teachers.(3)Students' recognition of the improvement of teachers' teaching methods is not high.(4)On the whole,students believe that the teaching reflection ability of physical education teachers has the best effect on the cultivation of students' Sports Core literacy,and the effect of physical education teaching design ability is the lowest;It is believed that the implementation of physical education quality is the best to improve students' cognitive ability.(3)Factors restricting teaching ability:(1)subjective factors:teachers lack understanding of sports core literacy,teachers seriously lack teaching enthusiasm,teachers lack reflection and improvement of classroom teaching,teachers' overall academic qualifications need to be improved,and PE Teachers' teaching methods are generally unitary.Objective factors: the school leaders do not pay much attention,the school has a single evaluation subject for teachers,the school lacks physical education hardware facilities,the school lacks relevant supervision mechanism,the teachers lack the motivation to improve,and the school lacks the organization of exchange and learning activities related to sports core literacy.(4)In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the teaching ability of junior middle school physical education teachers in Guiyang from the perspective of students' Sports Core literacy:(1)personal level: raise awareness,establish lifelong learning thought,physical education teachers pay attention to the cultivation of their own teaching ability,and strengthen the reflection and improvement of physical education teaching.(2)At the school level: the school establishes a reward mechanism to improve the teaching enthusiasm of physical education teachers,broaden the training channels of teaching ability,cultivate all-round teachers,improve the physical education teaching conditions,promote teachers' active learning,hold relevant sports events regularly,improve the teaching ability,and evaluate the teaching ability of physical education teachers from multiple subjects and perspectives.(3)System level: improve the entry standard system of physical education teachers and establish the performance subsidy system of teaching ability.
