Study On Livelihood Vulnerability Of Poverty Relief Population From The Perspective Of Social Capital

The perspective of social capital is an important perspective of sociology,from which unique views and discussions on many social problems can be generated.Livelihood vulnerability is not only an important research direction of sociology and other disciplines,but also a core issue concerning individual livelihood and social development.Livelihood vulnerability research takes "human" factors as its core content,which is similar to social capital research,because the core of social capital research is to explore individual social relationship network,which is also a study of people in essence.More importantly,social capital is an important part of livelihood capital,so it is theoretically feasible to study livelihood vulnerability from the perspective of social capital.In the process of poverty alleviation,the state's poverty alleviation policies,various social organizations and individuals,while transferring resources to the poverty-stricken areas,also affect the social capital status of the poverty-stricken population.This new change is worth paying attention to.In addition,the livelihood of the people who have been lifted out of poverty in China needs to be measured and evaluated again,which is conducive to consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.This is also an important practical significance of this study.This paper focuses on the empirical study of social capital and livelihood vulnerability based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods.Firstly,based on the analysis of existing theories related to social capital,poverty and livelihood vulnerability,an analytical framework of this study is established and the concept of embedded social capital is proposed.Secondly,the livelihood vulnerability of people who have been lifted out of poverty is measured.Third,analyzes the main factors influencing the livelihood vulnerability and emphatically analyzes the social capital on the increase revenue,improve the livelihood of poverty population out of poverty population strategy,improve the ability of poverty population living and life expectations and inhibition of livelihood vulnerability,especially embedded type social capital,this particular capital the role of the livelihood of poverty population vulnerability;Fourthly,based on the above data analysis results,this study focuses on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between the formation and stability of social capital and state power,discusses the conditions affecting the generation of social capital,the important role of state power in the accumulation of social capital among the population out of poverty,and the potential negative impact of embedded social capital.Finally,this study analyzes the current trend of the transformation of social capital and the reconstruction of social capital structure,and puts forward suggestions for the cultivation of social capital of the population out of poverty based on the classification of social capital.Firstly,as one of the livelihood capital of the population out of poverty,some social capital,especially embedded social capital,has a significant positive effect on improving their income.Second,social capital helps to push people out of poverty to adopt more active livelihood strategies rather than an evasive and indifferent attitude to the impact of various risks in life;Thirdly,modern social capital,such as embedded social capital,plays a greater role than traditional social capital in restraining the vulnerability of people out of poverty.Fourth,compared with the traditional social capital,social capital embedded type,such as the growing importance of modern social capital,but also need to pay attention to the social capital has the potential negative effects,such as the social capital of one-way flooding caused by the unbalanced development between regions,the difference of social capital of region between closed or exclusion problems,these problems need attention;Finally,in the cultivation of social capital,individual initiative,social participation and interaction of state power in the production and the stability of the social capital of poverty population,and to a certain extent of poverty population of reconstruction and transition of the social capital,and the relations between and among the same time also want to clarify,especially in today's construction of a service-oriented government,We should make good use of the important role of state power in the formation of social capital to reduce the vulnerability of people out of poverty and provide favorable conditions for them to pursue a better life.
