Under the background of building a harmonious society in all respects, of advocating educational equity and the balanced development of education, and of actively promoting the building of new socialist countryside, on the basis of a deep understanding of urban and rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers'construction of Tianjin, and a comparison of the gap between urban and rural, the purpose of the paper is to propose the corresponding construction strategies for narrowing the gap between urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers. It also aims to provide valuable reference to the regional education authorities for achieving a balanced urban and rural development in physical education teachers of Tianjin and a balanced development of school physical education. And it will provide a corresponding theoretical support to achieve a balanced physical education teachers' construction of urban and rural primary and secondary school.The research makes a deep comparative analysis of the reality of physical education teachers'construction of urban and rural primary and secondary school of Tianjin, by applying literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, comparative method, mathematical statistics, and case interview. And the following are the conclusions.The age structure of urban and rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers tends to be younger, especially for the rural primary school. Some significant differences exist in professional title structure, the beginning of academic qualifications, current academic qualifications, scientific research, player grade, referee grade, foreign language level, and computer level and so on; the urban is superior to the rural and there is no obvious differences in male to female ratio, seniority structure, and class workload. According to the reality of the situation and on the basis of case studies, the paper proposes recommendations of narrowing the gap between urban and rural primary and secondary school teachers. The rural schools should attach importance to physical education, physical education teachers and their continuing education. The physical education teachers should change their own concepts. The schools should improve the current scientific research situation of rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers. The schools should pay more attention to the support and improvement of physical education teachers'continuing education. The schools should give full play to the functions of themselves. |
