Research purpose: To design a football match training method(4v4 match training)and analyze its impact on the endurance quality of football players. The purpose is to provide characteristic and specific endurance training methods for the teaching and training of football teams in various universities.Research methods: By using the methods of literature review, experimental research, and mathematical statistics, and taking 16 football players from Class 2,Grade2020,Football College,Xi’an Institute of Physical Education as experimental subjects, the experimental group was randomly divided into an experimental group(n=8)and a control group(n=8)through experimental grouping. In addition to regular special training, the experimental group received 16 weeks 4v4 confrontation training intervention: The control group received regular special training,No other training intervention is required. The maximum heart rate percentage was used to monitor the load of the 4v4 confrontation training method, and the maximum aerobic work test(maximum power, time to maximum power),the maximum anaerobic work test(time to maximum power, maximum power, average power, power reduction rate),the maximum anaerobic work test(time to maximum power, maximum power, average power, power reduction rate)The Yo-Yo intermittent endurance test(running distance)is used as an indicator to evaluate the experimental effect.Finally,SPSS26.0 was used to statistically analyze the experimental data(independent sample T test was used for inter group comparison, and paired sample T test was used for intra group comparison).Research results:(1)The results of the maximum aerobic work test showed that, from the perspective of self-control between the experimental group and the control group, after intervention, the maximum aerobic work score in the experimental group was significantly higher than before the experiment(P<0.05),and the time to reach the maximum power was significantly longer than before the experiment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in various indicators in the control group. The comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups before intervention. After intervention, the maximum power experimental group had a significant improvement compared to the control group(p<0.05),and the time to reach the maximum power was significantly longer(P<0.05).(2)The results of the 30 s maximum anaerobic power test showed that, from the perspective of the experimental group and the control group themselves, after the intervention, there was no significant difference in the maximum power of the experimental group(P>0.05),the average power was significantly higher than before the experiment(P<0.05),the time to reach the maximum power was significantly earlier than before the experiment(P<0.05),and the rate of power decline was significantly lower than before the experiment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment. The comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups before intervention. After intervention, the time to maximum power in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the average power in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the power reduction rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The results of the 90 s maximum anaerobic work test showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of maximum power(P>0.05),the average power was significantly higher than before the experiment(P<0.05),the time to reach the maximum power was significantly earlier than before the experiment(P<0.05),and the power reduction rate was significantly lower than before the experiment.(P<0.05)。 There was no statistical difference between the control group and the control group before and after the experiment. The comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no statistical difference between the two groups before intervention. After intervention, the time to maximum power in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),the average power in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the power reduction rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The YO-YO endurance test results show that from the experimental group and the control group self-control perspective. After intervention, the running distance of the experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the control group(p>0.05).The comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no statistical difference before intervention(p>0.05);After intervention, the running distance of the experimental group was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)After 4v4 confrontation training,in the maximum aerobic work test of team members, both the maximum power and the time to reach the maximum power have significant positive changes, indicating that the maximum aerobic work test level of team members has been improved;4v4 confrontation training is an effective training method to improve the aerobic endurance level of college football players.(2)After 4v4 adversarial training, there were significant positive changes in the time to reach maximum power, average power, and power reduction rate in the 30 s maximum anaerobic work test and 90 s maximum anaerobic work test of team members, indicating an improvement in their speed endurance(anaerobic endurance);4v4confrontation training is an effective training method to improve the speed endurance(anaerobic endurance)of college football players.(3)After 4V4 confrontation training, the running distance of players in the YOYO endurance test significantly increased. It shows that 4v4 confrontation training can promote the improvement of football specific endurance level. |
