Since the sixty or seventy’s of last century till now. after half a century of development, outdoor endurance run develops gradually from never known to famous, participants increases, event scale larger and level higher. In China, there are also many outdoor endurance running crowd, emerge a number of excellent athletes and the strong team. Because of short time development on this project in China, there is gap of strength that can not be ignored.Through the ranking result contrast of large outdoor endurance running events between Chinese and foreign athletes, domestic researchers have proposed:China outdoor endurance running short board level the biggest in the process speed, embodied in long distance cross-country back, go to run less, the average speed up not to go, even a lot of players in from the end to still have more than10kilometers not run, had to give up the match goal. Investigate its reason, mainly is the lack of aerobic capacity. According to analysis of the principle of sports training on the domestic high level training plan for outdoor endurance runners, making the outdoor endurance running training arrangement more objective, targeted, more in line with outdoor endurance running training before the game rule, in order to improve aerobic capacity and performance.Six outdoor endurance running athletes of highest level in the field of home and abroad were selected in this research, Selection in late march to mid-October in2012systemic training time as a complete cycle, according to characteristics and requirement of significant competition, use comprehensively means to design the entire training course. Select five ways as the altitude training, Space interval training, frequency training, intermittent hypoxic training, high temperature training to aim at the actual combat, highlight the key points. Altitude training arrangements are continuous in early August to early September, and the site of interval training in late March to the end of May, the other three are ranked according to the indoor treadmill, and site intermittent training staggered to make the the entire training cycle as compact as possible. The purpose is through the systematic, fine control and focusing on targeted training training to improve the simulation of athletes under the condition of aerobic capacity, in order to improve performance.After site intermittent training, frequency training, hypoxic training session, high temperature training course, and the course content after grouping of interval time between group control, a complete cycle training systematic, targeted training, outdoor endurance athletes endurance and aerobic capacity are obtained strengthen, exercise capacity and test results are significantly enhanced.
