Research purpose: In the junior high school stage,endurance running is an important way to test the endurance quality of students,and it is also a compulsory subject for middle school students,namely the 1000-meter endurance test.This article uses sports APP to intervene in endurance running,trying to explore this way to make junior high school students change their attitude towards endurance running,and further affect their sports behavior.The purpose is to find suitable exercise methods for middle school students,enhance their interest,and change students' fear of endurance running.So as to realize the purpose of independent exercise and improve endurance running performance.Research process: Using experimental methods,42 males(13.88±0.76)from two parallel classes in Shouyang County No.2 Middle School,Jinzhong City,Shanxi Province were used as experimental subjects,21 in the experimental group and 21 in the control group.Take the 1000-meter endurance running experiment for 15 consecutive days.The experimental group uses sports APP-KEEP to assist in endurance running training,and the control group uses traditional teaching mode for physical exercise.Through the "Attitude Questionnaire Scale"(Mao Rongjian 2003)for comparative analysis,the psychological state of the students can be obtained.Research results: The independent sample T test results of the experimental group showed: behavior attitude(T = 2.318,P = 0.026),behavior cognition(T = 2.695,P = 0.010),behavior habits(T = 3.541,P = 0.001),behavior Intention(T = 3.661,P = 0.001),emotional experience(T = 2.899,P = 0.006),behavioral control(T = 2.157,P = 0.037),subjective criteria(T = 3.153,P = 0.003)are significant Difference;there is no difference in target attitude dimension(T = 1.594,P >.05)The paired sample T test results of the experimental group showed that behavior attitude(T =-3.168,P = 0.005),target attitude(T =-5.538,P = 0.000),behavior cognition(T =-2.512,P = 0.021),behavior Habits(T = 2.638,P = 0.016),behavioral intentions(T =-5.228,P = 0.000),emotional experience(T =-6.492,P = 0.000),subjective standards(T =-5.803,P= 0.000)Significant differences.Through the results of the boys' 1000-meter endurance running results: for the experimental group students,the endurance running results before and after the experiment increased from(348.29 ± 135.95)to(269.67 ± 33.30),and the paired sample T test(T =2.574,P = 0.014)results There is a significant difference.The results of independent sample T test(T =-5.424,P = 0.000)between the experimental group and the control group were significantly different.1.The sports APP had a positive effect on the endurance running exercise attitude of the junior high school boys,and the six dimensions of behavior attitude,behavior cognition,behavior habit,behavior intention,emotion experience and subjective standard were significantly improved.2.The effect of sports APP on the endurance running performance of the junior high school boys was enhanced to a certain extent.Through the intervention of sports APP,the endurance quality of the junior high school boys was improved.In particular,the junior high school boys' exercise attitude to endurance running had a positive change,students play an active role in endurance running so as to improve the results of endurance running.
