Abstract/Summary:
The broad concepts of politics are the basis of the content system of high school politics,and giving students an understanding of the correct broad concepts of politics can create a good start for their study of the subject in high school.At present,the new curriculum reform is in the ascendant,and the "Standards for Ordinary High School Ideological and Political Curriculum" also puts forward new and clear requirements that meet the actual conditions of ideological and political teaching in schools,paying special attention to the cultivation of high school students’ logical thinking ability and practical innovation ability.This shows the importance of teachers refining the big concept of high school ideological and political units in teaching practice and thus building a unit knowledge system.In the past teaching practice,many front-line teachers rely more on each unit listed in the textbook and the fixed content of each lesson to carry out teaching activities,and Professor Cui Yunyi put forward a new teaching idea,that is,the traditional unit lesson teaching design can be transformed into large unit teaching through the core literacy of the discipline.According to this,through the examination of domestic and foreign literature and the research of the teaching practice of the big concept unit carried out in the internship teaching,the teaching practice is finally studied from the four aspects of concept extraction,goal design,situational teaching and evaluation teaching.This article consists of four chapters,as follows:The introduction part of the first chapter is a basic explanation of the reasons,significance,status quo,methods,and innovation points of research carried out at home and abroad.Chapter 2 focuses on the definition of the concepts related to big concepts and units and the theoretical basis of the selected topic,and describes the relevant research on big concept teaching and unit teaching in foreign countries and the relevant research on big concept teaching,unit teaching and big concept-based unit teaching in China.Chapter 3,after the theoretical analysis,focuses on the necessity of large-concept unit teaching in high school ideology and politics to cultivate students’ awareness of deep learning,enhance students’ ability to construct a knowledge system and improve teachers’ teaching specialization,as well as the importance of the new teaching method of large-concept unit teaching in the context of the new curriculum reform and the feasibility of large-concept unit teaching brought by the core themes embedded in the content of the high school ideology and politics curriculum itself.Based on the theoretical basis,necessity and feasibility as well as the implementation principles discussed in Chapter 4,the first unit of "The Rule of Law and Society","Adhering to the Leadership of the Communist Party of China",is used as an example to refine the major concepts of the unit,design the teaching objectives of the unit accordingly,carry out problem-oriented teaching,and design the four processes of teaching evaluation of academic ability testing to discuss the teaching practice in the hope that it can provide useful reference for the practical teaching of high school ideology and politics.
