Research On The Application Of The Thought Of Talents Of The Communist Party Of China In The New Era In The Cultivation Of Talents In Universities

The 20 th Party Congress report stated that science and technology is the primary productive force,talent is the primary resource,and innovation is the primary driving force,all of which are closely related to education.As the cradle of talent training and talent gathering place,colleges and universities shoulder the mission of training new people in the era of national rejuvenation.And the practice of talent cultivation can not be separated from the guidance of talent theory.On the new journey of realizing socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Communist Party of China continues to deepen the understanding of human resources and talent work,and gradually established and formed a theoretical and systematic theoretical system of talents-the talent thought of the Communist Party of China in the new era.Learning this thought and giving full play to the enlightening role of this thought on talent training is not only conducive to the steady development of China’s education,but also conducive to the training of "new people of The Times" who can shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation,so as to promote the smooth realization of the "Chinese Dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This thesis mainly adopts the literature study,historical analysis and inductive summary to explain the theoretical source,realistic basis,main content and the implication of talent training,and also discusses how to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training in universities under the guidance of this idea.This thesis contains four parts.Part one is the introduction.Mainly including the need and purpose of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and methodology of the research,research key and difficult points and innovation points.Part two is the theoretical analysis of the thought.Firstly,the core concepts and connotation of the idea are elaborated in detail.Secondly,through the combination of the theoretical origin of the thought,this thesis is based on the Marxist human science thought,extracting and refining the talent thought in the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and inheriting the summary of the Chinese Communist Party of China on the talent problem.Finally,the historical background of the formation of this thought is analyzed.The thought of the CPC on talents in the new era is based on the fierce competition for talents in the period of great development,change and adjustment in the world,the urgent need for talents in the critical period of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the realistic challenges faced by China in promoting talents under the new situation,which are the three major backgrounds,and gradually formed and developed.The comprehensive and systematic theoretical interpretation provides an important theoretical support for the thesis,and lays the foundation for the subsequent research.Part three is the main content of the thought.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,representatives of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core have further developed and improved,forming a scientific system based on national rejuvenation,strict internal logic and rich ideological content.On "why to attach great importance to talents",the Communist Party stresses that talent is the strategic resource to achieve national rejuvenation and win international competition initiative.As for "what kind of talents to cultivate",the Communist Party of China in the new era emphasizes the training of high-quality talents with both integrity and ability who serve the Party and the people through education and practice.As for "how to better gather and use talents",the Communist Party emphasizes the need to adhere to the principle of the Party’s management of talents,build a solid foundation for talent training,explore the path of introducing talents,adhere to the use of talents first,and optimize the environment for talent development.Part four is the application of the CPC talent thought in college talent training in the new era.To explore the practical value of this thought to the talent training work in colleges and universities from the aspects of education goal,education team,student quality,student ability to explore how to apply the talent thought of the Communist Party of China in the new era of talent training in colleges and universities.First,we need to take the needs of the society,define the goals of talent training,and cultivate good young people in the new era who have ideals,dare to take responsibility,are able to bear hardships and are willing to struggle.Second,we should take the teachers as the starting point,comprehensively optimize the teacher team,including the training,introduction,use and management system of the teachers,in order to improve the quality of moral education.Third,we should improve the students’ ideological and moral quality,scientific and cultural quality,physical health quality,aesthetic sentiment quality and labor skills through moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor.Fourth,practical activities should be taken as the carrier,through practical teaching activities,social research activities,volunteer service activities and innovation and entrepreneurship activities to improve students’ hands-on practice,observation and analysis,service to the society and innovation and entrepreneurship.
