In recent years,STEM education has attracted much attention,and it has great significance and value for cultivating students' 21 st century skills and comprehensive literacy.As the main implementers of teaching STEM-related courses,science teachers have their own comprehensive quality and professional level of importance.Among them,STEM literacy is an important part of the professional literacy of elementary school science teachers.Scientifically and effectively evaluating the STEM literacy of pre-service elementary school science teachers will not only help promote the professional development of future elementary school science teachers themselves,but also have important reference value for reforming the training model of pre-service elementary science teachers in colleges and universities.This research aims to establish a scientific and reasonable pre-service elementary school science teacher STEM literacy evaluation index system by using research methods such as literature research,Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process.First,through a large amount of literature reading and sorting,it discusses the background,theoretical and practical significance of the research,research ideas and methods,and current research status at home and abroad.Secondly,the definition and connotation of STEM literacy were sorted out and analyzed,and combined with STEM literacy related evaluation research,an initial evaluation index consisting of 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,30 third-level indicators and the content of the indicators was proposed.system.Prepare an expert consultation questionnaire for the initial evaluation index system,consult with university science education experts,front-line elementary school science teachers and researchers,etc.,conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the consulting feedback results,and modify the initial evaluation index system based on expert opinions.New evaluation The indicator system consists of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 31 third-levelindicators.The 4 first-level indicators are: STEM cognition,STEM-related subject foundation,STEM practical skills,STEM attitude and aspiration.Since each evaluation index is different in the importance of evaluating the STEM literacy of pre-service elementary school science teachers,this study designed the "Evaluation Index System Weight Questionnaire",conducted expert consultation again,collected and sorted the feedback data,and used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate The different weight values of each indicator are further improved,and the evaluation index system is further improved.By analyzing the weight coefficients,the enlightenment of the evaluation index system for the training of STEM literacy of pre-service elementary school science teachers in our country is summarized: Pay attention to the cultivation of STEM practical skills,strengthen the pre-service elementary school science teachers' cognition of STEM,and strengthen the learning of science and engineering principles and knowledge.Finally,this study discusses the operating guidelines of the evaluation index system: evaluation subjects should be diversified,evaluation methods should be diversified,and contextualization of evaluation should be emphasized.
