Since the introduction of the "double reduction" policy,students’ free time has increased,and sports activities have been valued and carried out rapidly in schools.Guozhuang dance is a sport with Tibetan characteristics and a spiritual paradise for them after dinner.There are different forms of Guozhuang dance in Tibet,including Guozhuang in rural areas,Guozhuang in pastoral areas and Kangba Guozhuang.It is commonly known as "different customs in ten miles and different customs in a hundred miles".These forms of expression are arranged according to the local regional characteristics,meet the spiritual needs of the people on the plateau,and are an effective way to strengthen the body,shape the personality and examine the beauty.The development of Guozhuang dance in Tibetan primary schools not only enhances students’ physique and physical and mental health,but also improves students’ aesthetic awareness and cohesion.Taking 18 Guozhuang dance teachers and 170 students from 6 primary schools in Lhasa as the research object,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and Analysis on the development status of primary schools in Lhasa through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics.It is recognized that:(1)the development trend of Guozhuang dance in primary schools in Lhasa is good,stable as a whole and highly liked by students;It is mainly carried out in the form of large recess and competition performance team;The weekly frequency is moderate;The promotion strategy of Guozhuang dance is relatively single.We should broaden the promotion channels and strengthen the participation of the media.(2)Guozhuang dance coaches are young,the proportion of men and women is uneven,and women are in the majority;The teaching experience is short and the experience of leading the team is lack;Guozhuang dance has few professional coaches and weak teachers.(3)The sex ratio of students participating in Guozhuang dance activities is unbalanced,and most of them are girls;Most students have only a preliminary understanding of Guozhuang dance,mainly through teachers and school performances;The frequency of students participating in exercise is good,and their motivation is diverse.(4)The teaching and training contents of Guozhuang dance in primary schools in Lhasa are diversified,and participating in Guozhuang dance activities has little impact on students’ cultural classes;Participating in performance training is mainly in the form of concentrated training before the game;The school’s venues and facilities can basically meet the needs of daily teaching and training.(5)The Guozhuang dance teams of primary schools in Lhasa have few opportunities to participate,and the level of participation is low,mainly campus competitions;The funding sources of each school are mainly students’ own expenses,supplemented by school subsidies,and the reward methods of each school are also different.Promotion strategy:(1)take Tibetan culture as the cornerstone to promote the connotative development of Guozhuang dance.(2)Take traditional festivals as an opportunity to promote the socialization and campus of Guozhuang dance.(3)Take sports competition as the starting point to improve the teaching quality of Guozhuang dance.(4)Promote the social identity of Guozhuang dance by means of public opinion guidance.(5)to drive the creation of the pot dance in the extracurricular environment,with the Internet plus as the driving force.(6)Promote the inheritance and development of Guozhuang dance on campus by taking intangible cultural heritage inheritors into the campus as the starting point...
