Education modernization is the trend and characteristic of education in the process of socialization,and it is the change from traditional education to modern education.Education modernization is based on advanced technology.One of the basic characteristics of modern society is information.The modernization of kindergarten education is an important part of the modernization of education,and informationization has become the main line of the modernization of kindergarten education.A growing body of research is proving that it is possible to use information technology in preschool.As the leader of the kindergarten,the head of the kindergarten is the key figure of the kindergarten information construction.Therefore,it is necessary for the head of the kindergarten to enhance his own information leadership,correctly grasp the positioning of information technology in the kindergarten,clear the new thinking of the development of kindergarten in the information age.Based on the existing literature,this study developed a self-made questionnaire,"information-based leadership status questionnaire for kindergarten principals",which was distributed to kindergarten principals in Harbin through the "questionnaire star" platform,a total of 303 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the questionnaire dimension,the interview outline was compiled and the principals of two public kindergartens and two private kindergartens in Harbin were interviewed face to face.Based on the survey data and interviews to understand the actual situation of the information-based leadership of the director,and analyze the existing problems and influencing factors,from the three levels of the state,the Education Administration Department and the head himself,this paper puts forward some strategies for improving the information leadership of the head.The first chapter is the introduction.This paper expounds the background,purpose and significance of the research,Literature Review and concept definition,theoretical basis,research content and innovation.The second chapter is the research design.The research object,research method,research tool design and analysis method and tool are explained.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the informatization leadership of the head of Harbin kindergarten.Generally speaking,the informatization leadership of the head of most kindergartens is not high and needs to be further improved.Through the analysis of various dimensions,it is found that the head teacherhas information consciousness,but can not accurately grasp the development trend of kindergarten information;The head of the school encourages the teachers' information-based teaching,but his support is not enough.Using the mean difference test,the results showed that the level of informatization leadership of private kindergarten principals and young kindergarten principals was higher than that of senior kindergarten principals,and the information leadership of kindergarten principals who took part in training many times was higher than that of kindergarten principals who didn't even take part in training.The variables with no significant difference were the grade of kindergarten and the sex,tenure of office,Educational Background and Specialty of kindergarten principal,which indicated that these were not the main factors affecting the information-based leadership of kindergarten principal.The Fourth Chapter is the strategy of improving the information-based leadership of the head,aiming at the problems and influencing factors of the head's information-based leadership,from the national level,the Education Administration Department and the head himself,put forward the strategy of improving the information-based leadership of the director.First of all,the national level needs to establish a specific standard for the information-based leadership of principals,and on the other hand,to increase the special investment of kindergarten information for the promotion of information-based leadership of Principals;The Educational Administration Department should grasp both the theory and the practice,not only strengthen the network training of the head,update the information theory of the head,but also actively organize the "trinity" training mode based on the problem-solving of the university —— Foshan kindergarten enterprise.Head teachers need to learn actively to improve their own information-based understanding,and constantly enhance the information-based leadership in the practice of kindergarten information.
