From the perspective of learning,high school is undoubtedly a very important period,no matter from the perspective of acquiring knowledge,or from the perspective of individual physiological and psychological development.Learning burnout students show a series of negative phenomena in learning,such as the loss of learning enthusiasm,lack of confidence,poor learning efficiency and so on.From a deeper level,learning burnout will also have a negative impact on students' physical and mental health,and even mislead their development direction.It can be seen that it is very necessary to pay attention to the learning burnout of high school students,which will play a positive role in both the completion of school and the individual development.This research focuses on the high school students of Y Middle School in Lianjiang City.With their learning as the entry point,the main research methods selected are questionnaire survey and interview method.On this basis,this research from the student's own factors,school factors,teachers,family factors and social factors from five perspectives,in-depth discussion of the formation of high school students learning burnout,and accordingly put forward the corresponding countermeasures.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the study burnout of senior high school students in Y Middle School of Lianjiang City.It is found that there are five main reasons for the study burnout.First,students have wrong learning concepts,which are manifested as unclear learning goals and low learning self-efficacy.Second,schools neglect the all-round development of students,which is manifested by heavy academic load,extremely tight work and rest time and monotonous campus life.Thirdly,teachers lack the concept of lifelong learning,which is manifested as the lack of basic teaching skills and the alienation of teacher-student relationship.Fourthly,the family learning atmosphere is bad,which is manifested as the estrangement between parents and children and the unrealistic expectation of parents;Finally,the social environment causes students to stay away from their studies,which is reflected in the media's propaganda of false values and the prevailing culture that "reading is useless".According to the above influencing factors,this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate the learning burnout of high school students.Firstly,teachers guide students to set up correct learning concepts,including using example method and longitudinal comparison method to guide students to clarify learning goals and practice appreciation education to promote students to enhance self-efficacy.Secondly,the school pays attention to the comprehensive development of students,including the establishment of a diversified evaluation system to improve students' learning enthusiasm,reasonable arrangement of work and rest time to promote the healthy development of students' physical and mental health,and rich club activities to ease the tension of students' learning state.Thirdly,teachers pursue the concept of lifelong learning,including taking an active part in teacher training to improve the basic skills of classroom teaching and actively strengthening the communication between teachers and students to establish a good relationship between teachers and students.Then,families create a good learning atmosphere,including respect and understanding of children,build a harmonious parent-child relationship,and strengthen home-school cooperation to give children appropriate expectations;Finally,the society creates an environment conducive to students' involvement in learning,including the media adhering to the correct public opinion orientation and paying attention to the propaganda of the significance of learning and the government effectively improving the employment environment to stimulate students' motivation for learning.
