Over the years, the Learning Burnout problem of students have been widespread concerned by all sectors of society. Though several genres based on Psychology, Education and other disciplines have put forward their own interventions, with the unobvious effect the problem of Learning Burnout is still ubiquitous. Through the literature review, the author found that the researchers in previous studies mainly concentrated on the external pressure perspective to analyze the problem, which will inevitably lead to the formation of thought of Learning Burnout. Therefor, with a perspective switching into the category of Existential Psychology, the author explores how the educational activities impact the middle school students'Positive Freedom from the perspective of individual students'growing needs of Positive Freedom and then propose appropriate solutions by researching the relationship between middle school students'Learning Burnout and Positive Freedom.The author first discusses her understanding of the individual Positive Freedom in the category of Existential Psychology. Emphasizing Positive Freedom is one's self-seeking inherently, Positive Freedom is individual's unremitting pursuit of self-selection, Positive Freedom is one kind of freedom which the individual requires a self-realization. And the author also analyzes the great meaning of protecting the individual Positive Freedom for middle school students' well-being in the stage of their life. Based on the above point of view, the author discusses further about the generation of Learning Burnout, that is derived from the Positive Freedom being obstructed during the students'growing up. Then the author presents her viewpoint:Students'Learning Burnout is an expression of the obstructed individual growth.In this research, the author studies the factors that affect the individual Positive Freedom during the students'growing up by the ways of participant observation, case studies, tracking survey methodology to obtain a large number of first-hand information. At the end of thesis, the author states some viable suggestions about the solution of middle school students'Learning Burnout problem with the angle of view of the Positive Freedom recovery. Truly hoping that this study can play a positive role in middle school students'healthy growth.
