| The high school is not only the time to learn knowledge, but also the golden age of students’physical and mental development. At the time of learning knowledge, the school also has a responsibility to ensure the students’ physical and mental health. Therefore, the burnout study is imperative. On the basis of the previous research literature, the author draws on useful research results and then makes a actual questionnaire suiting to S high school. In this paper,226high school students from S high school in Yong cheng City, Henan Province are taken as a sample. The following conclusions are made from a survey and analysis of high school students’learning burnout:Firstly, the whole situation of the learning burnout of S high school is relatively stable. The level of the students’learning burnout broadly is relatively low, but the polarization phenomenon is more serious and the highest score and the lowest point gap.Secondly, there are some differences in the learning burnout between three grades. The learning burnout situation of the sophomore students is the most serious in three grades, follow by freshmen in high school, and the high school seniors are the best of all. From the view of the average of each dimension, students of all grades are more obviously different in the dimensions of physiological depletion and classmates’ alienation.Thirdly, overall, there is no difference in the students’learning burnout, but there are some gender differences in the physiological exhaustion dimension. Among them, the freshmen in high school reach a significant level.Fourthly, students’ learning burnout has an extremely significant differences in the student achievement. Student achievement and learning burnout is a significant negative correlation, that is the better academic performance, the lower the degree of learning burnout.According to these analyses, this thesis emphasize the analysis of the real reason behind the present situation of the learning burnout in S high school from three aspects, including social factors, school factors and personal factors. The author argues that the social factors are mainly the negative effects of the useless study thoughts and the decline in the credibility of the college entrance examination; that school factors are mainly the improper teaching methods, too much academic load, and bored learning environment; that personal factors are mainly poor psychological ability and wrong attribution to the academic failure. On this basis, some suggestions are made from the school administration strategy angle, including helping students to establish correct learning concept, raising the students with right values and improving students’ psychological ability. So that to do something good to the work of reducing students’ learning burnout. |
