| High school stage is a crucial period in students’ study and life,and whether senior one students can adapt to the study and life in this critical period is very important.From junior high school to senior one,students will encounter the change of learning and living environment,the complexity of knowledge structure,the change of learning attitude and way and other learning adaptability problems.With the gradual popularization of high school education,the number of high school students is constantly increasing,while the number of high school students in the number of boarders also continues to increase.The learning adaptability of Senior One boarders is directly related to their learning life in the following three years in high school,and affects the accomplishment of the school’s talent training goal.Therefore,it is very realistic and necessary to study the learning adaptability of Senior One boarders,which is also the fundamental foothold of this paper.This paper will draw lessons from predecessors to boarding schools and the theoretical basis of learning adaptability,which is selected from Professor Zhou Bucheng’s Academic Adjustment Inventory(AAT).The main factors of influencing the learning adaptability of students are as the following four major parts: learning attitude,learning technology,learning environment and health of body.More than 300 Senior One boarders in Guangdong L middle school will be selected as the respondents.The learning adaptability of Senior One boarders in Guangdong L middle school will be researched through questionnaire survey,interviews,case analysis and other research methods,to study the status quo of learning adaptability of boarders of L middle school and analysis its problem,analysis influence reasons of learning adaptability level of Senior One boarders.On this basis,according to learning attitude,learning technology,learning environment,physical and mental health,the author will put forward countermeasures for improving the management of the learning adaptability of Senior One boarders,and thus improve the learning adaptability of Senior One boarders of L middle school,Guangdong province,for the majority of first-line high school educators to further improve the Senior One boarders’ education management providing a better practical basis. |
