High school students have entered the high school after compulsory education and facing aggravation of various scientific tasks.High school physics has long been recognized as one of the most difficult courses to learn,and students are in the midst of adolescents with unbalanced physical and mental development.Therefore,most high school students will encounter different degrees of adaptability in physics learning.Through literature research to analyzes a large number of domestic learning adaptability problems and combined with interviews to students,self-made questionnaires to investigate the current situation of physics learning adaptability of 326 high school students in Huangshi City Middle School to solve the following problem: What is the overall level of physical learning adaptability for the freshman in senior school;how is the relationship between physics learning adaptability and physics score and what are the main aspects for the high school students' physics learning poor adaptability?Data processing of the recovered questionnaires and the following results:First: The number of students with good physical learning adaptability,moderate adaptability and poor adaptability in Huangshi High School students accounted for 31.04%,30.30% and 38.65% respectively.Second: the good adaptability dimension from high to low is followed by physical learning attitude,physical learning cognition and adjustment,physical learning method,and physical exploration and innovation consciousness.The percentage of Poor adaptability from low to high is physics learning cognition and regulation,physical learning attitude,physical learning method,physical exploration and innovation consciousness.As a result,students' physics learning methods and innovations are relatively poor.Third: physics learning adaptability has an important impact on the physical performance of senior one students.The proportion of students with good adaptability in high segmentation is significantly higher than that in low segmentat ion.From the physics scores,the students' physics learning adaptability level can be roughly predicted.The high-segment students' learning adaptability is generally good,and the low-segment students' learning adaptability rate is high.Fourth: The main non-performing rates are: physical learning interest,physics learning confidence,pre-class preparation,after-school homework completion,monitoring adjustment of learning process,learning attribution and learning questioning innovation.Therefore,the overall physics learning adaptability of senior one students needs to be improved,the adaptability of physics learning has an important influence on the achievement of physics learning.In response to such conclusions,the suggestion for physics learning adaptability of high school students is provided from the teaching of teachers such as knowledge connection,teaching interaction,teaching methods and student learning such as improving students' cognition,mastering physics learning methods and improving metacognition.
