The Study On Security Management Of Boarders In Middle School

Boarder security management problem,is one of the important problems in the process of reform and development of primary and secondary school education in our country.With primary and secondary school layout adjustment and the "boarding school construction project",this problem is increasingly prominent.This study of lu’an experimental middle school in Anhui Province as the research object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and statistical analysis methods such as a survey middle school boarders safety management status,the system analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of middle school boarders,and find out the causes of the problems of safety management,put forward some improvement Suggestions.The study of strengthening the safety management in secondary school boarders,improve the quality of management has a certain value.Analysis of reasons of this study was to follow "find out problem-proposed" the research idea and mode.In vestigating the status quo of stage,and mainly adopts questionnaire,interview and other research tools,through to the boarder lu’an experimental middle school campus safety management present situation to conduct a comprehensive investigation and analysis,found the following problems in the safety management of middle school boarders:the formulation and implementation of management content not harmonious;Backward management way and single;Management mechanism is not flexible linkage;Safety evaluation system is not complete,etc.Phase on the analysis of the reasons,combined with concrete problems of further study,multi-level to discuss the reason of campus security management issues.Based on the problems and reasons,the countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems of the safety management of secondary school boarders and provide suggestions for improving the safety management of the students.The author puts forward rationalization proposals from four dimensions:the quality of the dormitory system,the safety training of the boarding students,the form of safety management of the boarding students and the supervision mechanism of the host.Through the promotion of safety management personnel’s safety concept,build professional development;To broaden the channel of safety training for boarders,and establish the contents of safety training for boarding students of scientific system;To enrich the form of safe management of boarders and establish long-term and effective elastic mechanism;We will improve the safety supervision mechanism and implement seamless link management.
