Research On The Causes And Countermeasures Of School Bullying Behavior Of Middle School Girls ——Taking L Middle School In J City As An Example

In recent years,school bullying of middle school girls has been frequent and on the rise,which has aroused great social concern.The school bullying behavior of girls is secretive and insulting to a certain extent,which is quite different from the school bullying of boys in terms of behavior and characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a separate study on this kind of phenomenon in this paper.This research mainly adopts the method of case study and interview,in J L middle school,class one grade seven class seven,grade eight and nine class nine,grade three class girls as the main research object,aiming at the typical case study of middle school girls bullying,through in-depth class observation as well as to the school leaders,teachers,parents and students of the interview,It is found that the bullying of girls in the school is mainly manifested in four forms,namely,physical bullying,verbal bullying,social bullying,and online bullying.The bullying behavior has the characteristics of concealment,group,repetition and insult.According to the characteristics of the high school girls bullying,paper negligence from social anomie,school,family disability and students out of control four aspects deeply analyze the cause of the high school girls bullying,and to purify the social bad style,away from the media culture of violence,strengthen the network supervision Suggestions,thus creating civilization upward social environment;Suggestions are put forward to strengthen the publicity and education of legal system,strengthen the "three prevention" in campus,and attach importance to the construction of mental health,so as to establish a long-term early-warning mechanism in campus.Suggestions are put forward to build a harmonious family atmosphere,set up a good image of parents,and improve the way of family education,so as to give play to the influence of family education.Appear to attach importance to the physical and mental development of girls,care for each student with learning difficulties,wake up the resistance consciousness of the victims of bullying,improve the effectiveness of moral education,so as to strengthen the education work at the student level.These prevention and control strategies can reduce and prevent the occurrence of schoolgirl bullying to a certain extent,and provide students with a safe,peaceful and reassuring learning paradise.
