Research On The Cultivation Of Labor Quality Of Students In Junior High School Ethics And The Rule Of Law

Labor is related to the survival of human society,it is the most basic social practice activities.Labor quality is generally view of labor and labor value and evaluation in terms of personality traits,such as right and wrong is a positive concept of labor quality would promote people to form a healthy labor,the scientific view of labor and objective attitude,understand the meaning of labor and labor value,and contribute to the good social atmosphere of fashion and labor.On the contrary,the negative and wrong labor quality will greatly affect people’s intelligence and labor choice,and bring adverse effects to the society and their own life.Junior middle school is an important stage of life growth,the cultivation of labor consciousness and quality of students at this stage will significantly affect their balanced development and improvement of comprehensive quality,will also have a profound impact on China’s social labor concept,and will also play a certain role in the direction of social labor value orientation.At present,with the acceleration of globalization,schools and families generally do not pay attention to labor education in junior middle school,and there have been negative signs of alienation of labor values.All these aspects will bring great challenges to the curriculum construction of morality and rule of law in junior middle school and the cultivation of labor views.This article uses the literature method,the questionnaire method,the interview method and the observation method to junior middle school morality and the rule of law course student labor quality cultivation has carried on the various research.First of all,through consulting a large number of relevant research materials at home and abroad,the core concepts of the paper are as follows: Labor quality and labor quality cultivation are defined and explained.Secondly,the author conducts a detailed analysis of the survey results based on the interview with teachers and the distribution of questionnaires to students during the internship.Then it describes and summarizes the problems and reasons of labor quality of junior high school students and the problems and reasons of cultivation of labor quality of junior high school students in moral and rule of law class,providing the basis for the following theoretical description.Finally,put forward "morality and the rule of law" in junior high school class of the necessity and feasibility of labor quality cultivation,and from the teaching material,classroom,life three aspects analyzes the concrete implementation measures,and the relevant interpretation theory and refined,bring the junior middle school stage in our country labor quality cultivating more geared to the needs of era and the future theoretical guidance,At the same time,the moral education effect of the course "morality and the rule of law" is more obvious.
