Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,labor education has been mentioned many times in various major documents and public occasions,clearly put forward that we should respect workers,carry forward the model of labor,carry forward the spirit of labor,which fully reflects the new era of the party and the state's attention to labor education,social from all walks of life to the cultivation of high-quality labor talent expectations.High school ideological and political class is the key course of moral education,therefore,the development of labor education in high school ideological and political class is not only conducive to promote the innovation and development of high school ideological and political teaching,but also conducive to the cultivation of high school students' labor quality and labor consciousness,let high school students face up to labor in attitude,willing to work in action.But,through the questionnaire survey,the teacher interviews as well as the practice way,found that in the high school thought political lesson to carry out the labor education still exists some problems,mainly including: labor education in a edge position,in the form of labor education comparison single,labor education content is monotonous,labor education effect is difficult to effective evaluation.In combination with the practical rational analysis of the causes of problems of society,there are mainly on the high school thought political lesson,the importance of education main body of labor education manifest enough,some teachers lack the ability to carry out labor education and labor education content in the mining and interpretation to the teaching material is not enough in-depth evaluation mechanism is not sound and labor education.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures: teachers and students strengthen labor consciousness,carry out relevant training,teachers pay attention to teaching design,improve teaching methods,dig out labor education content in teaching materials,perfect teaching evaluation mechanism.Therefore,as the planner and implementer of labor education,high school political teachers need to strengthen their own construction,lead students to enhance labor consciousness and cultivate labor literacy in political lessons,and on this basis,strengthen labor practice,so as to make them become high-quality talents needed in the new era.
