General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out during the National two sessions that ideological and political lessons should be well used.Ideological and political lessons should not only be taught in class,but also in social life.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop and utilize abundant ideological and political curriculum resources.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,cultural self-confidence has been emphasized many times.The teaching of philosophy and Culture in high school is a required course to cultivate students’ cultural self-confidence.Therefore,the relevant practical materials of urban spirit are transformed into rich and interesting curriculum resources,and combined with the teaching of philosophy and Culture in local high schools,so as to make it more consistent with students’ existing practical life experience,which is conducive to improving teaching efficiency and enhancing students’ cultural confidence.On the basis of relevant theories and practices,through literature method,questionnaire method,interview method,inductive summary method,clear research ideas,discusses the related concepts of urban spirit and points out the necessity of using urban spirit,to obtain information on the application status of urban spirit into high school ideological and political class teaching.Understand the city spirit into the present situation of the application of high school thought political lesson teaching,combined with the spirit of tangshan city,hebei province,study and explore the city spirit into the high school ideological and political course "philosophy and culture" the path of the teaching process,the analysis of the problems and put forward countermeasures,explore its practical significance,so as to provide certain reference to the high school thought political lesson teaching and reference.Through empirical investigation and research,it is found that some teachers do not attach much importance to urban spirit,the development of urban spirit and cultural resources is limited,the emphasis is different,and the actual application of urban spirit in teaching form is single.Second,from the aspects of schools,society and teachers aspects cause analysis,obtained the school’s emphasis on curriculum practice degree is low,the lack of innovation and opening campus cultural atmosphere,the practice of the use of new materials and new college entrance examination brings challenge to education teachers,some teachers in local city spirit master degree is low,and combined with the teaching material.Finally,in view of the above problems and causes,specific countermeasures are given from four aspects: strengthening ideological and political teacher training,organic integration of materials according to the needs of students,broadening the application scope of resources,and making full use of the advantages of network information resources.
