As an eternal topic,happiness has always been pursued by people at home and abroad.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and the fast-changing of the whole society,the material value is gradually prominent,and the values presented by various multimedia platforms are also diversified,which all has a certain impact on the ideas of senior high school students,and also has a negative impact on their gradually formed world view,outlook on life and values.High school students have a deviation of understanding of happiness,success,resulting in the lack of happiness,sense of direction.Therefore,high school students' lack of understanding of happiness and success,depression and a series of psychological problems cannot be ignored.Ideological and political lesson is the main field of ideological education,and also an important course for high school students to carry on emotion and three-outlook education.The implementation of happiness education in senior high school ideological and political course is conducive to cultivating teenagers with sound personality,correct concept of happiness and ability to live a happy life;Second,it can improve the current educational concept system,optimize educational methods and promote the healthy and sustainable development of education.This study uses questionnaire and interview survey and other methods to analyze the problems of implementing happiness education in high school ideological and political lessons.Besides,based on the research results of experts and scholars,combining with the author's own investigation and practical experience,this study comprehensively analyzes the causes of the problems,and looks for the optimal path of implementing happiness education in senior high school ideological and political class.This study mainly includes six parts,the main contents are as follows:The first part is a brief introduction to the research background and significance of this topic.Through the use of literature research,this paper sorts out and analyses the domestic and foreign research status of happiness education,and defines the key and difficult points of happiness education related research.The second part defines the concept of happiness and analyze the basic theory.Marxist concept of happiness holds that happiness is the unity of spirit and material,creation and enjoyment,individual and society.Xi Jinping's view of happiness points out that happiness comes out of arduous work.Thirdly,by means of the questionnaire survey,interview survey and observation method,this part analyzes the problems existing in implementing happiness education in high school politics teaching,respectively from the school and the teacher's two perspectives,including the school teaching concept,teaching content,student evaluation and teacher happiness and so on.The main problems are: schools have not been able to establish a clear concept of happiness education and a perfect assessment mechanism,and the thematic content of happiness education is seriously insufficient;schools pay insufficient attention to teachers' well-being and ignores the maintenance of teachers' mental health;by analyzing the correlation between teachers' well-being and students' performance,it is found that some teachers also have unclear cognition of happiness education and fail to implement happiness education inside and outside the classroom.?The main manifestations are as follow: the lack of necessary communication with students after class,the lack of encouragement and praise for students,the traditional and single teaching methods,the lack of affinity of teaching language,and the lack of appeal and attraction in the teaching process.The fourth part explores the problems existing in the implementation of happiness education in senior high school ideological and political courses: the concept of school happiness education is not clear;the thematic content of happiness education is insufficient and the effectiveness of the teaching methods of happiness education is insufficient.And the reasons for these problems: the school assessment and evaluation standards are affected by exam oriented education;the school does not pay enough attention to teachers' professional happiness,and the happiness education ability of some teachers is insufficient.Fifth,this part puts forward the specific optimization path of the implementation of happiness education in high school ideological and political courses: strengthen the construction of school happiness education system,strengthen teachers' happiness education ability and improve the relevant evaluation mechanism of school happiness education.And from the perspective of the development of high school ideological and political course resources,enrich the teaching resources related to happiness education and enrich the content of happiness teaching.Sixth,this part makes a conclusion to this study.Later,the author will keep up with the pace of the development of the times and conduct more in-depth research to strengthen the ideological and political course in senior high school as an important carrier of happiness education.
