The "Chinese curriculum standard for senior high schools(2017 Edition)" defines the training objectives of Chinese core literacy,and lists "reading and discussion of the whole book" as the first of 18 learning task groups,and it runs through three stages: compulsory,selective compulsory and elective.In the unified compilation of senior high school Chinese textbooks,the reading of the whole book of a dream of Red Mansions,as a whole,is compiled into a unit,which is also included in the scope of the college entrance examination.Based on the Chinese core literacy concept of the new curriculum standard and the task group of "reading and discussion of the whole book",taking a dream of Red Mansions as the exploration object,this paper makes an in-depth study on how to carry out the whole book reading teaching of a dream of Red Mansions,and puts forward some reflections and suggestions by using the methods of questionnaire,interview and case analysis,combined with the reading guidance and learning tasks of the whole book reading of the textbook a dream of Red Mansions.The introduction part of the paper expounds the research,significance,current situation,ideas and methods of the whole book reading of a dream of Red Mansions from the perspective of Chinese core literacy.The main body includes four parts: the first part summarizes the teaching theory of reading the whole book of a dream of Red Mansions from the perspective of Chinese core literacy,including Chinese core literacy theory and the whole book reading theory,expounds the relationship between the whole book reading teaching and improving Chinese core literacy,and the teaching value of the whole book reading teaching of a dream of Red Mansions in language,thinking,aesthetics and culture;Based on the actual investigation of Yanshi high school in Luoyang,the second part analyzes the problems existing in the reading teaching of the whole book of a dream of Red Mansions in senior high school from four aspects: language,thinking,aesthetics and culture;Aiming at the problems existing in the previous chapter,combined with specific classroom cases and some previous experience,the third part studies the teaching countermeasures of reading the whole book of a dream of Red Mansions from the four dimensions of language,thinking,aesthetics and culture;The fourth part shows the complete teaching activity conception and design description of the whole book reading teaching of a dream of Red Mansions from three stages: before class,in class and after class.In order to provide reference direction and path guidance for front-line teachers’ practical teaching,and promote the development of reading teaching of the whole book of a dream of Red Mansions.
