As students in academic,humanitarian,appreciate the concept of education and other education,people will more likely way of recognition and praise,as ascension education effect of the "panacea",and the general public to education discipline to a western diplomat,makes teachers has been severely restricted in terms of management education students,a teacher "can't tube,can't tube,don't want to tube" phenomenon.Paying attention to the implementation of educational punishment can not only enable teachers to exercise the power of educational punishment within a reasonable and legal range,but also correct students' deviation in time,so that they can form the concept of right and wrong,and promote students' all-round development.This paper takes primary school teachers from 4 urban schools and 2 rural schools in W City as the research objects,and finds the following dilemmas through in-depth investigation: Primary school teachers' perception of the connotation and effect of educational punishment needs to be further improved.Some teachers do not have a clear understanding of educational punishment,teachers pay little attention to educational punishment,the way of punishment is arbitrary,teachers have many concerns when implementing educational punishment,education punishment is easily affected by teachers' subjective emotions,the object of punishment is generalized,the effect of punishment is not sustainable,parents have a one-sided understanding of educational punishment,etc.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the problems from the five levels of the country,society,school,teachers and parents.From the national level,educational punishment lacks reasonable basis due to the lack of legal basis and incomplete supervision and relief system.From the perspective of society,the impact of public opinion and the weakening of the status of teachers make educational punishment repeatedly frustrated in the society.From the perspective of schools,the imperfection of school punishment system and the absence of anti-pressure education for students hinder the development of educational punishment.From the perspective of teachers,factors such as weak disciplinary awareness and comprehensive quality to be improved make teachers face many difficulties in implementing educational punishment.From the perspective of parents,the appreciation of the educational concept is deeply rooted in people's minds,and the lack of good home-school cooperation concept makes teachers worry about the implementation of educational punishment.On the basis of the above research,this paper suggests that: at the national level,educational punishment laws and regulations,supervision and relief system should be improved to ensure the implementation of educational punishment;At the social level,we should reinforce the supervision of social reports and public opinion,constract a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching great importance to education,and improve the social status of teachers.At the school level,disciplinary rules should be formulated to provide teachers with disciplinary basis,strengthen students' moral education and enhance students' ability of resisting pressure.At the level of teachers,the cognition of punishment should be strengthened,the artistic quality of punishment should be improved,and the correct educational concept should be established.At the level of parents,we should face up to family education,form a correct view of punishment,establish a good relationship between family and school,and form a joint educational force.
