In 2008,the Ministry of Education issued the Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial),instructing some subjects to implement open-book examination as the nodes,one after a provinces began to take open-book examination as the main daily examination method of morality Later,the Ministry of Education issued "The Ministry of Education on the in-depth promotion and further improve the reform of the high school entrance examination" will be included in the form of open-book examination ranks.most provinces including Xinjiang have applied the open-book form to the middle school morality and rule of law subject and ordinary examination ranks,it can be said that open-book examination has become the normal assessment of middle school morality and rule of law.How to put into use in the new teaching materials,curriculum comprehensive continue to find problems,on the basis of excellence,giving full play to the advantages of the value of an open-book exam with,stress for the students,stimulate students’ learning initiative select a couple of junior high school in Kashi,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,and follows the rule of law and ethics test the typical questions as the object,using the method of questionnaire,interview method,literature research and investigation method and other methods,collecting data,How to improve and optimize teaching strategies to efficiently use new curriculum standards and new textbooks is the focus of this paper,which consists of three main parts.The first part summarizes the characteristics of open-book examination and the teaching requirements of the new curriculum standard.Through the comparison of the characteristics of the closed-book examination analysis of the open book examination,respectively from the knowledge ability and school age basis,the type of examination and the proportion of points,the content of the examination and the emphasis on the assignment of points and the overall characteristics of the open book examination several aspects of combing,and contact the new curriculum reform,the new curriculum standard,the use of new textbooks,In the aspects of core literacy,educational ethics requirements,educational decompression,national awareness and national conditions,the new requirements for the teaching under the background of open-book examination are summarized to pave the way for the following statement and research.The second part,in the form of questionnaire and interview,investigates and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of morality and rule of law in Kashi under the perspective of open-book examination and makes attribution.SPSS was used to analyze the questionnaire data,combined with the interview results and literature review conclusions,to investigate the current understanding and evaluation of teachers and students on the open-book examination.Discover the existence of the daily classroom teaching excessively added "extra stuff",to borrow an open-book exam beautification "lazy" teaching,to teaching material of "points" marking form error of teaching orientation,adjust the teaching strategy on the basis of an open-book exam problems such as insufficient autonomy as well as ignoring the second classroom teaching,and analyze the problem,The reasons are explained from two aspects of teaching anxiety and teaching inertia.The third part,according to the problems from the "classroom teaching","second classroom teaching","information teaching" and "guided self-learning" four levels of the middle school ethics and the rule of law in the open book examination perspective of the teaching enlightenment and optimization strategies.such as lead teachers pay attention to the systemic knowledge teaching,changing teaching idea,The second classroom teaching in view of beautifying "lazy teaching",the second classroom teaching rigidity embodies the behavior of teaching inertia,it is suggested that teachers strengthen the first and second classroom teaching connection,enrich the second classroom teaching ideas,flexible grasp the second classroom teaching time and other ways reasonable and full use of the second classroom;It is suggested that teachers learn information technology,innovate teaching methods,share curriculum resources,improve teaching efficiency and guide students to study by themselves.
