Education is the country's top priority.As the key baton in the field of education in China,the college entrance examination holding every year involves various kinds of groups and a huge amount of people.Therefore,the topics related to it will naturally draw the fully attention of the whole society.However,the public opinion events happened in the field of education are different from those police-related,medicalrelated,and health-related public opinion events.There are less direct violent conflicts and conflicts of interest,which are mainly manifested in discourse conflicts and demands for moral justice.In the development of public opinion events,emotional mobilization rather than resource mobilization played a very important role.Considering the special significance of college entrance examination enrollment in the field of education,it is very necessary to conduct research on the emotional mobilization of public opinion events related to college entrance examination enrollment.This article sorts out the educational public opinion events of college entrance examination that happened in China from 2014 to 2020,and then analyzes the motivation of these events in the context of network society.The author selects 31 cases as a corpus and conducts a text analysis of the mobilization discourse among them.It is found that the voice of individuals begins to grow louder,the issues of the times gain more attention,and social media have also become the main field of public opinion.Through the observation of the development of public opinion events,this article believes that the process of emotional mobilization can be divided into three stages:emotional arousal,emotional confrontation and emotional concealment.These three stages correspond one-to-one with the development process of public opinion events.And they also rely on each other.In the process of analyzing particular public opinion events happened in college entrance examination,the author summarizes four commonly used emotional mobilization strategies: tragic narrative,angry mobilization,ridicule and irony,and mainstream discourse.The use of these four emotional mobilization strategies is affected by the subject of mobilization,the type of events and the type of media.For example,direct stakeholders tend to choose tragic narrative and angry mobilization when carrying out emotional mobilization,while non-direct stakeholders will use angry mobilization and ridicule and irony.Similarly,the choice of emotional mobilization strategies for different events and media will also show differences.At the end of the article,the author uses big data to empirically test the effect of emotional mobilization in specific cases.First,process the related data from Weibo,identify different emotions in the text,and use a quantitative way to show the impact of emotional mobilization on the cognitive level;second,summarize the impact of emotional mobilization on behavior from both positive and negative perspectives,hoping to provide reference for the management of public opinion in relevant departments.
