The new college entrance examination reform is of great significance to the optimization and improvement of college admission system,and the importance of college admission work is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on the background of the new college entrance examination reform and the theory of comprehensive human development,this study systematically composes the policy documents related to the new college entrance examination reform introduced in Shandong Province,and investigates the current situation of the implementation of college enrollment strategy and discusses the problems in the process of college enrollment with S Normal University as an example,in an attempt to provide reference for improving and perfecting college enrollment strategy.The first part is the history of college admission examination system after the founding of New China.This part summarizes and concludes the main contents and outstanding features of the reformation of China’s college entrance examination system in three stages: exploration and initial creation,severe trauma,reconstruction and reform,including the development of college entrance examination from separate to unified,entrance examination in the exploration and initial creation stage,and the adjustment of college entrance examination subject setting from non-discrimination of literature and science to classification of literature and science;in the severe stage,college entrance examination mainly adopts recommended entrance method and the scale of entrance examination is greatly reduced;in the reconstruction and reform stage,the reform of college entrance examination system is deepened.In the stage of reconstruction and reform,the reform of college entrance examination system has been deepened.The second part is the background of the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform in Shandong,the basic content and its new requirements for college admissions.Shandong new college entrance examination reform started in 2016,guided by the "Implementation Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System",based on the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,reforming the specific contents of college entrance examination such as examination subjects,voluntary application and admissions,reflecting the value concepts of education-oriented,scientific selection and educational fairness,while putting forward new requirements on college admissions from four different angles: enrollment type,enrollment professional development,It also puts forward new requirements for college admissions from four different angles:enrollment type,development of enrollment majors,setting of optional subjects,and enrollment publicity.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of S Normal University’s enrollment under the background of Shandong New College Entrance Examination Reform.This part mainly analyzes the enrollment status of S Normal University from four perspectives of college enrollment types,college enrollment professional construction,college selection subject requirements,and college enrollment publicity work,and finds that behind its existence of art and sports enrollment students’ development is not comprehensive,comprehensive evaluation enrollment The authenticity is doubtful and the credibility is low,the awareness of colleges and universities to play the autonomy of enrollment is weak,the meritocratic blindness of candidates to choose courses is strong,the guidance of voluntary application is not well connected with high school,the continuity of students’ career development guidance is poor and the level is low,and the reasons for the problems existed are analyzed.The fourth part is the improvement measures of college enrollment strategy under the background of new college entrance examination reform in Shandong.Based on the theory of all-round development of human beings,this part puts forward the relevant improvement countermeasures of college admissions from four dimensions: insisting on all-round development and ensuring fair admissions;balanced professional construction and taking into account the advantages;scientific setting of optional subjects based on the needs of professional development;improving the level of admissions publicity and strengthening students’ career guidance,in order to help colleges and universities improve the enrollment work under the background of new college entrance examination. |
