In the Chinese curriculum standards issued in 2017 and revised in 2020,"Chinese core literacy" is taken as the training goal to promote the all-round development of students.Chinese core literacy is a comprehensive reflection of the necessary knowledge,character,key ability and values of the subject further refined on the basis of the core literacy of the subject.It mainly consists of "language construction and application","thinking development and promotion","aesthetic appreciation and creation" and "cultural inheritance and understanding".With the new curriculum standard proposed,the objective needs of the development of The Times,how to implement the core literacy in the Chinese subject has become a high school Chinese teachers must think and pay attention to the problem.In high school,compared with other literary styles,novels are more attractive to students because of their rich plots.On this basis,the teaching of novel reading has become an effective way to cultivate students' multilingual ability.And the formation and cultivation of these abilities just meet the requirements of Chinese core literacy education.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of students' Chinese core literacy with the help of novel reading teaching.Based on the core literacy of Chinese,this paper takes "teaching strategies of reading novels in senior high school" as the research object,and tries to provide some suggestions for the majority of front-line Chinese teachers in the teaching process of reading novels,so as to promote students' better development.The author mainly discusses from the following aspects:Introduction part: explain the research background,research status,research methods and research significance of this paper.Chapter one: expounds the new changes of novel reading in the new curriculum standard.Compared with the 2013 Edition of Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools(Experiment),what changes have taken place in novel reading in the 2017 edition of Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary Senior High Schools? These changes should arouse front-line teachers' attention to the teaching of novel reading.Chapter two: analyze the current situation of high school novel reading teaching from two aspects of teachers and students,summarize the problems and the reasons for thinking.Chapter three: introduces the implementation strategy of cultivating Chinese core literacy in high school novel reading teaching.The author will discuss in detail from four angles: "taste the language of novels,strengthen the language training of novels","explore the main idea of novels,pay attention to the deep development of thinking","create aesthetic situation,feel the multidimensional beauty of novels","carry forward national confidence,inherit Chinese traditional culture".
