| In April 2009,campus football was officially launched,and the nationwide youth football activities began.Campus football is carried out around the Party’s education policy to improve the physical quality of young people,achieve the goal of Lide Shuren education,improve the population base of football,realize the dream of Chinese football and sports power.Campus football is a new reform route to respond to the quality education and improve the overall quality of young people.The Overall Plan for the Reform of Chinese Football in 2015 states that campus football shall play its role of educating people,increase the football population in China,properly reserve football talents and promote the comprehensive development of students.But in reality,there are still many deficiencies in the implementation of campus football essence,the exertion of educating people function,the development direction and thinking.Among the researches on the deficiencies and solutions in the development of campus football,there are few empirical studies on how to develop campus football from the perspective of educating people.This paper explores the function of campus football educating people and the problems and causes in the process of football education,and summarizes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to enrich and improve the theoretical system and practical experience of campus football for the development of primary school education in Haikou.Based on Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of football activities in 10 primary schools of Haikou City,this paper sums up the effects and deficiencies in the development of campus football in primary schools of Haikou City.(2)The intellectual education function of campus football can cultivate students’ ability of thinking and observation and improve their ability to resist setbacks.(3)The sports function of campus football can improve students’ physical quality and improve their health.(4)The aesthetic education function of campus football can shape students’ aesthetic perception and cultivate their aesthetic ability.(5)Most primary schools in Haikou City with campus football characteristics can meet the needs of the development of campus football activities with the field equipment,and the development of football activities and training time is reasonable,but the content and form of campus football education lack diversity.The principal is responsible for the majority of the campus football work of the school,occupies the core position,and relatively supports the campus football work.The uneven level of teachers and the single way of education is one of the factors that affect the effectiveness of school education function in Haikou primary school.Parents’ willingness and support to children’s participation in football activities and their concern about children’s participation in football activities are insufficient,which is not conducive to the function of campus football education.Therefore,the countermeasures of this study include:(1)Campus football should be based on "popularization,competition as the key,improve management mechanism,optimize campus football education system,and achieve the educational task of Lide Shuren."(2)Strengthen the educational function of campus football by infiltrating the contents of moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education.Build distinctive campus football culture,and strengthen campus football publicity work and football culture construction.(3)We shall,in light of the learning conditions,scientifically formulate campus football courses and enrich the forms of football activities so as to cultivate interests,promote students’ physical and mental health and improve students’ comprehensive quality.(4)Strengthen the publicity of campus football,publicize and change parents’ ideas through various ways,resolve the contradiction between study and training,and improve parents’ support attitude and correct understanding of campus football.(5)Provide strong support for campus football work in terms of teachers,funds,policies,etc.,specify duties,formulate relevant systems,and implement teaching,training,security and other work.Regularly inspect the implementation of football field equipment and on-campus football education.Expand the teaching staff and improve the professional level.Recruit football teachers,integrate the existing professional football teachers to organize intra-school football training,and encourage and support school physical education teachers to participate in football training and learning.(6)Rationally planning the campus sites and ensuring the safe development of activities.Renovate,upgrade,field facilities,rationally arrange football classes and extracurricular football activities of all grades,improve the utilization of the field,equipment.Seek the social resources cooperation,provides many kinds of participation soccer activity path for the youth. |
