| In the real society,teachers of different subjects such as Chinese,mathematics,foreign languages,music and other subjects participate in elementary school football activities.For example,teachers pay attention to and participate in students’ football exercises,training,competitions and other activities,and even non-soccer Teachers have served as football teachers and coaches of the school football team,and have achieved outstanding results.Newspapers,the Internet,and other media have numerous news reports on teachers of different subjects participating in campus football activities.However,in the field of theoretical research,the physical education community has not paid attention to this phenomenon,which undoubtedly affects our understanding of the reality,theoretical connotation and practical value of the phenomenon of teachers participating in elementary school football activities.Based on this,this research is guided by the fundamental task of Lide’s education,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,etc.to study the participation of teachers in elementary school football activities,and the basics of teachers’ participation in elementary school football activities Connotation,value,status quo,influencing factors and promotion strategies are analyzed to promote the development of elementary school football activities.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Teacher participation in school football activities in elementary schools refers to the overall degree and situation behavioral engagement emotional engagement cognitive engagement in school football activities by teachers of all subjects in school football activities in characteristic schools and designated schools in elementary schools.(2)In terms of teacher participation status in elementary school football activities,the overall cognitive participation dimension has high participation;in the emotional participation dimension,positive affective participation has high participation;the behavioral participation dimension is not high overall,only verbal encouragement,Action encouragement indicators have a high degree of participation.(3)The influencing factors of teacher participation in football activities in elementary schools can be summarized as student-level factors,teacher-level factors,environmental factors and school-level factors.In view of the status quo and influencing factors of teachers’ participation in school football activities in primary schools,relevant suggestions and strategies are put forward. |
