The Junior High School Parent Committee Participates In The Improvement Research Of School Education Management

Since the 21 st century,with the continuous development of society,people pay more and more attention to education.After all,education comes first.Many countries have found that the family can play an important role in education.Its role can not only play in school education,but also take the family as a valuable resource in education.Let the family,as the cooperator of school education,become the helper of school education,make the education carried out by the school more perfect,and promote the development and progress of school education together.Family education is an important part of students' education.Students' parents' educational theory,values,attitude and ability will affect students' whole career.Students' parents are the main people of the society to participate in school education management.Parents' committee is a democratic organization for students' parents to participate in school education management.Allowing parents' committee to give full play to its functions is conducive to the development of school education management.Parents' committee is an important organization for families and schools to jointly educate students.It strengthens the relationship between students' parents and schools and is conducive to the development of school related educational activities.However,in the current situation of school education management,the parent committee does not fully perform its functions,so it is very necessary to study the problems existing in the participation of the parent committee in school management.Since I teach in junior high school,I choose junior high school parent committee to participate in school education management research,and I believe that the research results will be helpful for my future work.This study starts with the present situation of the junior high school parent committee's participation in school education management,taking ten junior high schools in Youyang County as an example,taking the parents and teachers of students as the objects of investigation,aiming at the present situation of the junior high school parent committee's participation in school education management in Youyang County.The results show that the following problems exist in the current participation of the junior high school parent committee in school education management: the participation of junior middle school parents' committee in school education management is a mere formality;The system construction of parents' committee in junior middle school is not perfect;The investment and participation of educational administrative departments are not enough;There is a lack of relevant training for the junior middle school parents' committee to participate in school education management;Members of the parents' committee of junior middle school passively participate in the management of school education;The development of parents' committees in junior middle schools is unbalanced among schools.The main reasons are as follows: the relationship between the main body is not equal,the division of labor is not clear;the establishment process is not democratic,the participation of parents of junior high school students is biased;the long-term security mechanism is insufficient.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the school education management of the junior high school parent committee and the discussion of the reasons,this study puts forward the following strategies to improve the participation of the junior high school parent committee in the school education management: clarifying the rights and obligations of the junior high school parent committee;establishing the equal relationship between the junior high school student head and the school;establishing and improving the policies and regulations of the junior high school parent committee;clarifying the regulations Establish a complete internal management system of Junior High School Parent Committee;carry out education and training of junior high school students' parents' capacity building;provide necessary guidance and support from the government;enhance the awareness of the principal to run Junior High School Parent Committee;guide the school's innovative concept,consolidate the ideological basis of junior high school parent committee;change the education and management concept of junior high school students' parents;establish and improve supervision and evaluation Mechanism;establish and improve communication and coordination mechanism.Hope to promote more junior high school parent committee to participate in the effective development of school education management.
