Primary education and junior secondary education are connected backwards and forwards.The success of the bridging has a great impact on the quality of education and teaching,but this bridging stage has long been under-appreciated in the education process.In the interface between primary and junior secondary mathematics education,the teaching of numeracy is a crucial part of the process,and the curriculum standards clearly state that numeracy is one of the ten core competencies of the mathematics curriculum.The existing works and papers on mathematics teaching at the interface between primary and junior secondary are all very limited in their coverage of the numeracy teaching,but the numeracy teaching is an important prerequisite for learning the subsequent content and has an important place in the teaching materials.Thus this article is aimed at numeracy teaching strategies between the primary and junior secondary.This paper found through questionnaires that frontline teachers are aware of the importance of teaching bridging,but lack effective and systematic teaching strategies.Therefore,teachers need to understand the principles of bridging of primary and junior secondary,as well as effective teaching strategies.This paper expounds the principles,strategies and practical analysis of numeracy teaching in primary school.In terms of principles of bridging,positive interventions are needed in terms of ideology;In terms of learning method,the guidance of four basic links is necessary: preview-classroom-homework-review;in terms of content,teaching by comparison;and in terms of teaching methods,induction and analogy need to be taught well.In terms of strategy,cultivating students' correct computing concept is the "starting shot",the "four degrees and six steps" computing class is the "stable chassis",the cultivation of good computing habits is the "continuous power",the infiltration of computing skills education is the "curve practice",and the integration and optimization of school-based resources is the "dream of the distant place".At the end of the text,two cases are used to illustrate the implementation method of numeracy teaching strategy in the bridging stage.
