Learning motivation is the reason and internal motivation that directly promotes learning behavior.Only with learning motivation can students actively participate in learning and influence the final learning effect.Learning motivation determines the direction and effect of learning.This paper investigates the current level of students' physical education learning motivation,studies the influence of different learning motivations on effective teaching,explores the strategies to improve effective teaching,and provides theoretical basis for improving the teaching effect of physical education.This paper selects and classifies junior middle school students' sports learning motivation by means of literature review and expert interview.Through the questionnaire survey method to investigate the status of learning motivation,to understand the status of students' physical education learning motivation.This paper USES mathematical statistics to analyze the influence of students' learning motivation on each index of effective teaching,and analyzes the influence weight of different learning motivation on effective teaching.Through data processing and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The internal motivation of junior high school students who like sports study is mainly to maintain health,self-efficacy,interpersonal communication and regulate emotions.The external motivation mainly includes sports skills,high school physical education examination,fun of physical education,learning items,physical education teacher,physical education performance and so on.2.Reasons why students don't like PE learning: boring PE,poor performance in PE,lack of interest in sports,lack of sports awareness,lack of venue equipment in PE,and physical reasons.3.The motor skill learning motivation,maintain a healthy learning motivation,self-efficacy,learning motivation,PE fun learning motivation of motor skill learning has significantly positively related to belong to the positive effects of learningmotivation,emotional motivation,interpersonal motivation of motor skill learning has significantly negative correlation belongs to the negative effects of learning motivation.4.The learning motivation of positive effect was significantly positively correlated with motor skills,classroom performance and physical test scores,but not significantly correlated with motor ability.There is a significant negative correlation between learning motivation and motor skills,classroom performance and physical test scores,but no significant correlation between learning motivation and motor ability.5.Effective physical classroom teaching stimulates students' external learning motivation.Interpersonal communication,sense of self-efficacy,interestingness of class,physical education teacher,motivation of learning items increased significantly.6.In the course of physical education teaching,the author explores the learning m otivation strategies to stimulate students' positive effects to improve the quality of phy sical education teaching.
