In the autumn of 2004,with the launch of the new curriculum reform in high schools, the "universal unification" curriculum in high schools for decades became history. The new curriculum reform emphasized the selectivity of the curriculum itself and strengthened the school's flexibility in curriculum development and setting.,While enhancing the autonomy of the school. In this context, various high schools have begun to offer school-based courses and carry out quality education, and it has been more than20 years. With the further acceleration of social development in our country, the demand for high-quality,diversified and comprehensive talents in the new era is increasing, and the comprehensive literacy standards for high school students are also getting higher and higher.School-based courses are beginning to be accepted by more and more schools.Attention, curriculum development based on local cultural resources has gradually become one of the research hotspots of school-based Chinese curriculum development. The ethnic cultures of Inner Mongolia are diverse and have obvious local characteristics.Chifeng City is located in the southeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and has rich cultural resources. If these cultural resources can be integrated into the high school Chinese curriculum,it can promote teachers and students 'understanding of ethnic culture and improve students' language literacy and skills.Aesthetic ability enhances national self-confidence and pride. However,in the course of these years of exploration, although ordinary high schools in Chifeng City have begun to consciously add school-based Chinese courses, there are few Chinese school-based courses that highlight the school's advantages and local characteristics, and they still exist in the development of Chinese school-based courses. There are many problems. This article takes the current situation of the school-based curriculum development of Chifeng No.2 Middle School in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the main research content. It uses literature method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, etc.to conduct on-site investigation and research on Chifeng No.2Middle School, and is responsible for school-based curriculum development.Leaders conducted interviews with main teachers, collected relevant data through questionnaire surveys of teachers and students, analyzed and studied all aspects of the school-based Chinese curriculum development of Chifeng No.2 Middle School, and found the problems in the development of the school-based Chinese curriculum of Chifeng No.2Middle School. The study found that there are unclear school planning and insufficient attention;the school assessment and reward mechanism is not sound, and the standards are different;the type of curriculum is single, lacking local ethnic cultural characteristics;teachers are not motivated, curriculum understanding is not accurate, time is limited, and energy is insufficient;students Problems such as heavy learning burden and small autonomy and selectivity.Based on the analysis of the survey results, the author puts forward several countermeasures: the school should strengthen management and improve the school-based curriculum management system;the school should fully understand the academic situation and take the students as the priority;the school leaders should pay more attention and strengthen the support of all parties;Co-construction,strengthen inter-school cooperation;overall planning, select teaching materials, and form a complete curriculum development system;use regional ethnic cultural resources to develop characteristic Chinese school-based curriculum;train on demand to build a teacher development system;stimulate enthusiasm and improve teacher rewards Mechanism;advance with the times and optimize classroom teaching.
