The Chinese nation is a large family of symbiosis,complementarity and unity.As an important part of Chinese culture,ethnic culture contains rich educational resources.As a Yi national in Yunnan,the researcher has lived in a strong atmosphere of ethnic culture for a long time.The deeply impressed by the local ethnic culture and feels the importance of the inheritance of ethnic culture.However,under the impact of the new cultural trend,people's cultural awareness is becoming weaker and weaker.Once the old generation's ethnic culture successors pass away,many excellent ethnic cultures will be on the verge of being lost.The best way to inherit and promote excellent ethnic cultures is school education.With the advent of the three-level curriculum management system in China,the development of school-based curriculum resources has gradually attracted the attention from people,and the importance of school-based curriculum resources has become increasingly apparent.More and more people has begun to realize such issues as ignorance of excellent ethnic culture and the lack of ability to develop curriculum resources have become the key to restricting the effectiveness of school-based curriculum reform.So,how to develop school-based curriculum resources with rich ethnic culture under the promotion of curriculum reform and the support of ethnic policy has become the core issue of concern.Therefore,it is necessary to use the ethnic cultural resources for the development of school-based curricula.Based on the status quo and existing problems of school-based curriculum resources development in ethnic middle schools in XX ethnic region of Yunnan Province,this paper conducts a detailed survey of teachers,students and successors of folk culture in ethnic middle schools by using such methods as literature,questionnaire and interview,collects data of such dimensions as policy guarantee,development team,technical means and implementation effect,and uses SPSS24.0statistical software to conduct data analysis,and finds out the problems in the development of school-based curriculum resources.The study shows such issues as the insufficient knowledge of competent education departments about the development of school-based curriculum resources;the lack of overall collaboration among curriculum resources developers;the insufficient development capability of teachers in curriculum resources;the lack of "Internet +" information technology support;the lack of integrated design of ethnic culture curriculum development;Research and development team and teaching team are out of touch and other issues.Based on the analysis of the survey results,the researcher puts forward several countermeasures: promoting excellent ethnic culture and enhancing the cultural identity of the Chinese nation;strengthening professional guidance by the competent education departments;building a learning community to promote development in cooperative exchanges;strengthening effective teacher training;establishing a curriculum resource bank of ethnic culture;setting up the principles of screening and integration of ethnic cultural resources;strengthening the implementation and management of school-based curriculum resources development,and establishing an evaluation system and improving the evaluation mechanism.
