From the beginning to the end,education is a major livelihood issue in social development,and even concerns the well-being of the people.With the reform and development in the field of education,the majority of educators are more able to realize that teachers are the key and core to improve the quality of social education and teaching work and promote the long-term development of social education,as one of the subjects of the whole teaching activity,affecting the process and effect of the whole teaching activity.Management psychology believes that the factors affecting teachers' satisfaction with educational work are related to teachers' own needs.As long as the factors are related to teachers' self-needs,they will affect teachers' attitude and effect of teaching work in the whole teaching activities.The fundamental of educational management is actually the management of people,and its fundamental purpose is to meet the requirements of the social development of individuals by promoting the comprehensive development of individuals.In-depth research on the needs of human nature in educational management is of great significance and effect to the development of the theoretical and practical research of educational management.In specific educational management work,a relatively important task is to mobilize the activity enthusiasm of individuals at all levels and give full play to their creative potential through various ways and means,so as to better realize the collective goals preset by the whole organization in educational management activities.Therefore,how to maximize the development of teachers' individual potential,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers in various educational and teaching activities,and promote the continuous improvement of the overall quality of education and teaching is an important issue facing the development of national education and teaching cause.High school teacher holds for various universities conveying of the important tasks of high-quality talent,high school teachers need to correctly guide students in high school three years in the limited time to learn new textbook knowledge,and will be taught all the high school three years was summarized and systematic arrangement,on the premise of solid foundation knowledge for the ascension of the comprehensive quality,In the concrete education teaching of high school teachers must also encourage students to lose faith in the time to revive,again into the high school learning tension,and assist students to correct errors in learning and life and deviation,and guidance for students in learning and life lost,improve the ability of living and learning efficiency.Province,belongs to the school of this study is based on the case of the basic requirements of teachers,combined with the analysis of the characteristics of the high school teachers group work,in view of the situation of its senior the teachers' teaching motivation,puts forward the reform after the concrete management scheme of the incentive mechanism,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,action research method and other methods,Through the before and after analysis of teacher satisfaction questionnaire,student satisfaction questionnaire and the comparative analysis of teacher interviews before and after the implementation of the incentive plan,the implementation effect of the new incentive plan is summarized,and strategy suggestions are put forward for the further improvement of school education and teaching quality.
