Mathematics education helps students master the mathematical knowledge and skills necessary to adapt to the modern society,and develop rational thinking and innovation ability.The transition period of students from childhood to adolescence is from 8 to 9 years old.At this time,students' body and mind are undergoing some changes.Therefore,mathematics education in the third grade of primary school plays a key role in students' development and growth,It is an important period to cultivate students' good study habits,and it is also the most unstable period for students to study.In practice,it is found that the teaching from grade two to grade three has always been a headache for teachers.In this special period,students show various aspects of learning differentiation,which is called "grade three phenomenon" by teachers.As a teacher,I don't know how to effectively reduce the learning differentiation of the second grade to the third grade.Based on the review of previous studies on "differentiation of learning in grade 3",this paper defines "differentiation of learning in grade 2 to grade 3" as the obvious differences in students' interests,methods and achievements in the learning process.The learning situation of the same grade 2 is very different,which is also called "third grade phenomenon".Taking x primary school in Changsha as an example,this paper selects a class of students from grade two to grade three as the research object.Through the observation and interview of these students' learning,and the interview with their parents and teachers,this paper discusses the performance of students in the process of learning differentiation from grade two to grade three,and analyzes its causes,Put forward the countermeasures to alleviate the differentiation of primary school students' mathematics learning from grade two to grade three.It is hoped that this study can provide some basis and reference for the majority of grassroots educators to solve the problem of differentiation of mathematics learning in grade 2 to grade 3.The research draws the following conclusions: after entering the third grade,the amount of mathematics knowledge increases and the difficulty increases,students' logical reasoning ability is still in the formation,and they often encounter problems in mathematics learning and can't solve them by themselves.Due to the differences in students' qualities,such as personal listening and understanding ability,learning interest and thinking development level,teachers' teaching quality is not enough to solve students' confusion and other factors,There is a phenomenon of learning differentiation in mathematics learning,which is manifested as the differentiation of mathematics learning attitude,method and thinking,and finally manifested by the polarization of achievement.Finally,according to the causes of learning differentiation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the third grade learning differentiation of primary school students.As the main force of student education,teachers should help students optimize their own learning quality,such as mathematical thinking,learning habits and learning emotions.Secondly,teachers should integrate the teaching content according to the learning situation of students in the transitional period,reform the classroom teaching mode,and better help students understand the knowledge.Finally,we should implement parent education,update parents' educational concepts and methods,and work hand in hand.
