At the elementary school stage, there is an anxiety for teachers and parents: After some students enter the third grade, their academic performance has dropped dramatically, and the two-class differentiation trend of class performance becomes obvious.Quality education emphasizes that everyone should be developed in education, not just the development of a few people and a few people.Education is education for all students and the promotion of students' all-round development. This is especially true for primary education, which is one of the main positions for quality education. The division of learning in third grade primary school does not conform to the concept of quality education, but also runs counter to the core concept of the new curriculum reform “facing all students and laying a foundation for students' all-round development and lifelong development”,which is not conducive to the achievement of teaching tasks in the compulsory education stage and students.Physical and mental health development. Therefore, the author hopes to study the phenomenon of learning differentiation in the third grade of primary schools, and explore strategies to ease the learning differentiation of third-grade students in primary schools and promote the balanced development of students,so that primary education can be truly: for all students, for students, everything for students. The role of primary education is important, and the problem of division of learning in the third grade of elementary school is serious and widespread. The study of this issue is based on a preliminary review of the literature on student learning differentiation at home and abroad, summarizing the research perspectives and research results of existing studies on learning differentiation, and the research ideas and research methods of this study.Made a brief explanation. In the reading of third-grade students' learning differentiation phenomenon,it explains the connotation, performance characteristics and negative impact on pupils of third-grade primary school students in learning differentiation, and enables readers to have a direct understanding of third-grade elementary school student learning differentiation issues. In order to understand the current situation of the third grade primary school learning differentiation,we collected statistics on the scores of the surveyed subjects and conducted statistics on the examination scores of the third grade students, showing the performance characteristics of performance differentiation, and based on a survey of student questionnaires,we analyzed three Differences in learning differentiation between schools, subjects, and students' gender. The analysis of the causes is the result of the comprehensive student questionnaire survey and the teachers' feedback on the third grade primary school students' differentiation issues. It starts with the internal and external factors that cause things to change, and finally leads to four aspects: students themselves, teachers, parents and course setting.Analysis of factors of third grade primary school students' learning differentiation. Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned factors affecting students' learning differentiation, combined with the practical thinking of education,we propose:(1)Cultivate students' good study habits;(2)Improve teachers' teaching methods;(3)Strengthen communication between parents and teachers,cooperation;(4)to strengthen the reading guidance and practice teaching specific response measures. It is hoped that through the joint efforts of students, teachers, and parents,it will ease the division of learning and help third grade primary school students get through the transition period.
