In 2016,the textbook "Morality and the Rule of Law" compiled by the Ministry of Education was put into use in junior high schools nationwide.This edition of the textbook has undergone a whole new change.In terms of content,it pays more attention to students’ life experience and learning experience.In terms of arrangement,it is presented in the form of "small columns"."Use Your Experience" is one of the six columns in the textbook,located at the beginning of each box question,emphasizing that teaching should start with students’ individualized life experience,so that students can combine their own life experience and emotional experience to express themselves freely.The column has the teaching function of introducing,regulating,motivating and educating people,which is helpful to carry out the ideological and moral curriculum standards,conform to the new curriculum reform,expand the curriculum resources and meet the teenagers’ own development.It is beneficial to students’ understanding of the textbook knowledge,to the realization of the goal of moral education,to the transformation of teacher-student relationship and the cultivation of core quality.In the investigation of the present situation of the teaching function of the column "Use Your Experience" in the textbook "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school,it is found that the teaching function of the column has achieved some results.Teachers identify with the column and realize the importance of the column.Students are interested in the column and can actively participate in the column.But at the same time,there are also some problems,such as teachers’ less and simple use of the program,students’ insufficient understanding of the program,and insufficient use of the program.In view of these problems,based on the previous research status and social research,carefully consider and analyze the causes of the problems,and from the subjective and objective aspects of the two countermeasures.In the subjective aspect,teachers should update their educational concepts,improve their professional quality,optimize column design and innovate their application methods.Students should improve their awareness of utilization,enhance their interest in learning,strengthen their learning motivation and change their learning methods.Objectively,we should provide teaching materials and training,carry out exchange activities,improve facilities,optimize teaching resources.Through these concrete countermeasures,it provides a direction for teachers and students to play the teaching function of the column.Finally,combined with five different types of "use your experience" columns,specific teaching examples are given for teachers to use the column teaching function in practical teaching reference. |
