With the progress of the new curriculum reform,"geographical core literacy" is increasingly recognized by geographers and teachers."Geographic core literacy" mainly contains four qualities,"geographic practical force" ranked among them.How to cultivate the geography practice of high school students has become a problem that the first-line geography teachers must solve.In some rural middle schools,due to the restrictions of school funding,teacher level,teaching infrastructure,students' family economic conditions and other factors,the cultivation of geographical practical ability is very weak,such as the author's Lidu Middle School.In order to solve this dilemma,the author takes Lidu Middle School as an example,and explores the cultivation of relevant geographical practical forces,in an attempt to provide some new ideas for the first-line teachers in rural schools to train students' geographical practical ability.First of all,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interview with students and geography teachers of Lidu Middle School,and in-depth understanding of the current training of the middle school's geographical practice and students' cognition of geographical practice.The results show that most students lack the ability of geographical practice,the level of practice is low,but they have a strong interest in the development of geographical practice activities,geography teachers usually hold fewer practical activities,the cultivation of geographical practical ability has not attracted attention,the business level of guiding geographical practice activities has room for improvement,the school has not taken measures to cultivate the practical force of geography,teaching facilities are inadequate,teaching aids are of few types and quantities.In view of this situation,the optimization strategy of geographical practical training is put forward around the three aspects of education administration,school and front-line teachers.In addition,based on theory,combined with their own teaching experience,learn from the experience of teachers to introduce.
