With the continuous advancement of the curriculum reform of basic education in our country,the educational objectives have changed from "double-base" to "three-dimensional" in quantitative and qualitative changes,and from "knowledge education" to "literacy education" in changes.They have begun to focus on the core literacy of students' development.However,there are many "superficial" phenomena in actual teaching,which make students tend to mechanical learning and cannot change "memory" learning into "thinking" learning,thus limiting the development of students' creativity and imagination.It is not conducive to the cultivation and all-round development of students' core literacy,which requires teachers to change classroom teaching methods,that is,how to transform teaching to a deeper level or a wider dimension,has become the most direct,realistic and urgent problem for educators to solve at present.On the other hand,in-depth teaching attaches importance to the internal logic and discipline essence of knowledge,creates situations related to students' actual life,guides students to conduct in-depth learning,pays attention to the generation of significance of knowledge teaching to students,and trains students' core literacy,which is just in line with the goal of "literacy education".It can also be said that the essence of in-depth teaching is to improve the learners' geography literacy.Under this research background,the emergence of in-depth teaching has opened up a new horizon for geography education research,provided a new model for teachers' teaching practice,and helped teachers break through teaching.This research mainly combs the first and second parts of this paper through the literature research method,elaborates its research background and significance,discusses the domestic and foreign research present situation of the geography core accomplishment and the depth teaching,on this foundation analyzes the geography core accomplishment and the depth teaching core concept,elaborates the intrinsic correlation between the two,applies the depth study theory,the significance study theory and the constructivism theory as well as the life education theory and so on knowledge to carry on the theory instruction.In the third part of the article,through the method of questionnaire survey,three high schools in Nanchang and fengcheng city of Jiangxi Province have conducted a questionnaire survey on geography in-depthteaching.Questioning stars and SPSS software have been used to analyze and process the data of teachers' teaching and students' learning and thinking abilities,to summarize the survey status quo,and to analyze the reasons for the existing problems.The fourth part of the article,based on the current teaching situation and problems,draws the following strategies for the implementation of in-depth teaching: to strengthen the educational concept in depth and to strengthen theoretical and practical exploration;Deep optimization of teaching methods and construction of teaching community;Focus deeply on teaching content and construct knowledge framework;In-depth analysis of teaching design to improve the thinking class;Pay close attention to strategies such as teaching evaluation and reflection.The fifth part uses case analysis method to analyze and reflect its implementation effect and teaching process through case teaching,so as to provide case reference for the vast number of geography teachers.In the end,the article mainly summarizes and discusses the effect of in-depth teaching as a new educational concept,and puts forward the implementation strategies of in-depth teaching according to the current teaching situation through literature review and questionnaire survey.
